I love the apps and the support teams (John Seth), John really helpful, also love the way that the VItals have Product Roadmap and let the user vote for upcoming features. Can't wait for the Wishlist App , because it's already in Product roadmap in Q1 2022

I needed to update my theme and took the opportunity to install Vitals, replacing four other apps that I no longer need. The pricing is the same once those four apps are added up, and Vitals has a lot more functionality that I am looking forward to utilizing. But the main reason I am reviewing them right now is because their customer service absolutely ROCKS. I've been texting their tech reps several times an hour this entire evening, and every time I ask a question or have a problem, they are able to immediately answer or fix it for me. Literally as I type this, a tech rep is helping me fix a formatting issue with the review stars. Seriously, I am so impressed with this app!

I had a need to put reviews for a specific product on a landing page and couldn't find how to do this in the documentation. So, I got ahold of the support team at Vitals and they were able to help me make it happen. Very professional and very helpful. It is obvious their team cares about customers. Very refreshing.
