The App is filled with soo many good features! The customer support was instant and John even helped me with customizations while setting the offer live!!

I highly recommend anyone to get this app, this is the best app ever. their customers are top-notch, I had some issues I thought it was the app, and there assure me it was no. t it was some other code that was preventing me from using right-click, Michael when above and beyond to help me, omg my 30-day trial will be permanent. THANK YOU MICHAEL

Vitals app has a lot of great utility and features. You may need to customize some of the functionalities in order to get them fully aligned with your store + theme, but the support team is wonderful and they will help you get everything set up. Thanks Vitals team

This is the one APP i use for all my shopify stores. Vitals is excellent for page speed and basically gives you all the features you need for your store. Their customer service is super fast and extremely helpful. They will help you code customizations or fix problems on the spot. Highly recommended.

This app is amazing! Has many apps all-in-one which will not slow down your store like having the 20 apps that this has all-in-one. Reaching out to them for help is a breeze also. They will even work with you remotely to make a feature appear or work better on your site. VITALS IS A GAME CHANGER FOR SURE!

So many great apps all in one package. But i think the tru great feature of vitals is the fast support. I just installed this a few days ago and had to send like 10 messages and all were sorted swiftly, happy customer here

Fantastic app, great support team if there is ever anything not sure about they are super fast to answer and are willing to take ideas and implement. Havent even explored half of it but just related products and upsell part alone makes this a worthwhile monthly purchase

Excellent app with lots of different features which you have full control of for upsells, cross-sells, and much more. Not to mention the awesome support provided by their team.. I reached out to Michael J. and he helped me with the fixes I needed in no time, and exactly how I wanted to be edited in the code just for my store. Thank you guys, you rock!

John Seth S in customer service replied to my request in literally less than 5 secs! He customized the app to my satisfactory and I'm very happy with the result! This app has many features, some are not "perfect", but you will be satisfied with the help from their team. I can see it has great potential to be even better - e.g. improve the customization flexibility. After all, this app solves the problems and works well, so I give 5 stars.
