Boomika was very helpful and patient. I recently installed the Dealeasy app but did not know how to add volume discount features. She was able to take control of my screen and provide me with steps on how to do it. Great service.

I can't speak to its effectiveness in conversions/upsells, but I can tell you that their customer support is fantastic! I'm on the Horizon theme and needed some help in setting up the app in the cart drawer and on my product pages (again, because I'm on Horizon). Both Suki and Ruba were able to solve each issue in a matter of minutes. Great support!

What a fantastic app. It handles a lot of different discounts and bundles. I needed help in getting my tiered discount banner showing in my drawer cart on Shopify and after contacting support Siddarth had it all sorted for me within minutes. Fantastic support. Looking forward to using more features of this app. Highly recommend.

I was able to hop on a zoom with Jan to ask for help with setting up my volume pricing on my shopify store, and she was able to guide me through it easily. We had it done in about 5 minutes!

They took my money from june till february each month 6.99 and no orders were generated from the app. seleasy is good this is not

(Edited review - problem resolved) Its a great app and is exceptionally useful... We previously had a major security issue with the app, support was quick to investigate and resolve the issue in a few days. Happy to recommend this app again. Well done team.

It appears the concern may be related to the Storefront API, which is a Shopify-supported feature that only provides access to publicly available store data and does not grant access to sensitive or private information.
