Support is a bit slow. The app has good features, but I couldn’t find the analytics section. How can I track conversions through the app? I also sent other setup-related queries in the chat but didn’t receive a response. The app has great potential but the slow support makes it difficult to set things up quickly.
We responded to your email within 40 minutes of your initial message yesterday. Our live chat is available 20 hours a day, 6 days a week. Although live chat is unavailable on Sundays, our Zoom call and email support are available 24/7. I installed this app to offer my customers more over Black Friday, however I will be keeping it installed as the app itself and the support is absolutely brilliant. Massive thanks to Sankari who helped me fix a free gift error at 7am on actual Black Friday, and previously Sudhan who helped code something for me that wasn't working properly. Thank you!

I found this app, read all the reviews, and it sounded perfect for what I needed on my site. I installed it and went to the support chat to explain what I was trying to do. I was told it could be done, and a support person named Sah entered my shop to set it up. After a few moments, they asked me to wait and then showed me something that was not at all what I had requested. When I explained that it wasn’t correct, they told me that if I wanted it set up the way I asked, I would have to edit the theme myself — and then they left the chat. This is not good service. It’s unprofessional to leave someone hanging, especially after saying the setup was possible. If you can’t do the job, just be upfront and say so. I do not recommend this app. I am very disappointed.

When you reached out for support, there was an unexpected surge in support traffic, and our chat software also experienced issues, which affected our ability to assist you smoothly. We did not leave the chat— it ended at the point where we intended to create a ticket for our tech team, and you mentioned that you would look for another app. We are still more than willing to assist you, including directly over a Zoom call. Please reply to the email we sent, and we will schedule it. We hope to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
