Support is a bit slow. The app has good features, but I couldn’t find the analytics section. How can I track conversions through the app? I also sent other setup-related queries in the chat but didn’t receive a response. The app has great potential but the slow support makes it difficult to set things up quickly.

We responded to your email within 40 minutes of your initial message yesterday. Our live chat is available 20 hours a day, 6 days a week. Although live chat is unavailable on Sundays, our Zoom call and email support are available 24/7. I found this app, read all the reviews, and it sounded perfect for what I needed on my site. I installed it and went to the support chat to explain what I was trying to do. I was told it could be done, and a support person named Sah entered my shop to set it up. After a few moments, they asked me to wait and then showed me something that was not at all what I had requested. When I explained that it wasn’t correct, they told me that if I wanted it set up the way I asked, I would have to edit the theme myself — and then they left the chat. This is not good service. It’s unprofessional to leave someone hanging, especially after saying the setup was possible. If you can’t do the job, just be upfront and say so. I do not recommend this app. I am very disappointed.

The app made us huge loss. The app has many bugs. It does not show number of times discount used. The customer can literally rob your store. Becareful while using the app.

No pude hacer visible la barra que muestra cuanto falta para ganar envío gratis a pesar de seguir todas las instrucciones y no es fácil tener soporte. Tampoco encontré ningún video tutorial disponible o información en general que me ayudara a resolver el problema.

Terrible, messed up our cart page. Adjustments to cart items with the plus and minus button now duplicates the product inside the cart. They should be removed from the app store list for this. PLEASE FIX NOW!

Hi, we are 100% sure that this is a misunderstanding, as our app doesn't even operate within the cart. Aside from displaying the widget on the product page, our app doesn't perform any other functions in the online store. The discounts are native and are managed directly by the Shopify platform.
