Customer service is a major issue.
The app is good and has potential, but it is currently too glitchy. The more I use it, the more glitches I find. Don't have time to contact support about any small error. Hope they make it smoother in the future.

response time is not good. Been trying to get a widget on the home screen for a few days now. No one is responding. Still have to use the app, not sure if I will continue,
We’ve already resolved your query and responded to both of your email addresses on June 23, 2025. In the meantime, we also sent multiple notification emails regarding the ticket with our tech team.
