We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. Our support team couldn’t locate the Add to Cart button on your store, which caused the confusion. Adding the cart progress bar to the cart drawer just takes a few minutes — if you’re open to reinstalling, we’d be happy to personally assist you via email or a quick Zoom call. We have also reached out via email. Hope we get to connect soon and resolve this.

The combination discounts used with tags are okay, but the free shipping bar is total nonsense. First, it cannot distinguish between different countries. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over 50 euros, but for other EU countries, free shipping is applied for orders over 100 euros. And second, we’ve already set free shipping at 50 euros via Shopify, and the free shipping discount in Dealeasy applies this 50-euro threshold. This means we miss out on the shipping fee of 5.95 because it’s deducted from the 50 euros. We deleted the embed app for the free shipping bar.
We appreciate your feedback. We're working on adding country-specific goals for free shipping, with a release planned in the next 1-2 weeks. We can notify you once the feature has been released. We have also emailed you with detailed information.
