There was an issue i encountered with the app, contacted tech support and Sudhan Ravi was able to resolve it right away. He understood the issue and helped me resolve it really fast. Learned more about the app through this call. Great customer service.

I am very satisfied with the app. I encountered a problem when setting up a discount for the first time, and the app provider's service was excellent. Ruba helped me resolve the issue immediately via chat. Wonderful.

This app has some great features - ended up not being exactly what I needed on my store. I forgot to uninstall the app until later, and was inadvertently billed for this app. Contacted support and they took a look at the situation and issued a refund for me right away. Good app, great support.
