Even though one of the features didn’t work with my theme, Kavishan and Mani Shankar went above and beyond to help me out. He was tireless, responsive, and really committed to finding a solution. Excellent support – truly appreciated!
Tier Price Plans become confusing when Etsy and Amazon orders are included, despite the app not being used for those sales. Shopify's App Store should include a policy in its terms and conditions to prevent this practice.

App is pretty versatile. Was able to set up quickly and start seeing it's benefits! We use a third-party cart that was causing integration issues but Suriyaa from development support was able to get up and running in no time! Great job supporting their product!
