I recently installed this app and, although I haven’t started using it yet, my experience with the support team has been outstanding. I had numerous questions before activating the features, and the support team, particularly Boomika, was exceptional. Tier Price Plans become confusing when Etsy and Amazon orders are included, despite the app not being used for those sales. Shopify's App Store should include a policy in its terms and conditions to prevent this practice.

App is pretty versatile. Was able to set up quickly and start seeing it's benefits! We use a third-party cart that was causing integration issues but Suriyaa from development support was able to get up and running in no time! Great job supporting their product!
