Had an issue with free shipping threshold value, messaged them through the chat box in the late afternoon and was not expecting any response in a day. Almost instantly, I got a reply from Suriyaa (hope I was not misspelling), and he fixed my issue within 10 mins!! I just couldn't believe it... Best customer support ever, thank you!
