I just downloaded this app and found it very straightforward to customize using the dashboard. When I wanted to do a little more customization, I reached out to the support crew and was absolutely AMAZED to see an option to schedule a call (with openings the next morning!). I just finished the call with Surya, who was extremely helpful and made all of my requested changes during the call. I am shocked that an app provides this level of immediate support, and I am so glad I tried downloading this app. I plan to look into their other apps as well. Thank you!

Just had a Zoom call with Boomika who was an immense help in answering my question regarding this app and customizing the position of the Free Shipping bar in both my cart drawer and cart page! She even showed me how I can do this myself! Thanks so much for your help & professionalism Boomika, you are an asset to the company!

Easy to set up. Excellent customer service. My Free Shipping bar wasn't showing up on my checkout page, so I scheduled a Zoom call. Sudham Ravi was able to solve the problem within minutes.

Dealeasy ist eine super app. Der Support ist wahnsinnig schnell und läuft über Chat nicht über E-Mail. Ich hatte Trissa als Support und sie war mega freundlich und hilfreich. Ich hatte 4 Sterne der App gegeben, da es nicht möglich war die Produktanzahl per Klicken auf das Feld selbst zu ändern, sondern nur durch die "+" und "-" tasten. Aber selbst dass wurde nachträglich geändert und ich kam persönlich eine email, dass sie das in meinem Shop gleich geändert hatten. Ich hab noch nie so einen guten Support erlebt!

The app is good and has potential, but it is currently too glitchy. The more I use it, the more glitches I find. Don't have time to contact support about any small error. Hope they make it smoother in the future.

Einfach zu bedienen und tut, was es soll. Die Unterstützung von Logbase-Team ist hervorragend. Wir brauchen sie öfter, da unser Theme recht speziell zu sein scheint. Aber die Mädels & Jungs vom Support helfen immer sehr schnell und effektiv.

We got Dealeasy to replace another App that was not able to have tiered pricing per product. So far this works great with Dealeasy. In addition, you get a shipping bar with product recommendations, mix and match bundles, BOGO and more. The app was pretty easy to set up and support (Boomika) was very helpful with adding the app to the drawer cart as well.

We’ve used Dealeasy for a few months, and the developer (Logbase) has been a consistently professional partner. Communication is excellent—responses are fast, clear, and solutions-oriented—and they’ve implemented every customization we requested without friction. We were initially skeptical about introducing discount tiers for our product mix, but the feature has encouraged larger baskets and helped lift sales. If you haven’t tested Dealeasy yet, I recommend giving it a try in your store.
