response time is not good. Been trying to get a widget on the home screen for a few days now. No one is responding. Still have to use the app, not sure if I will continue,
We’ve already resolved your query and responded to both of your email addresses on June 23, 2025. In the meantime, we also sent multiple notification emails regarding the ticket with our tech team. Kindly check your spam or junk folders in case our messages were filtered there. We hope to get this resolved soon.

The app is seamless and a must have for all businesses. downloaded the app on shopify and scheduled a zoom call with the team and Surya guided me through the whole process and helped me understand what will work for my brand.

Very easy feature to setup, but need to contact support to help with putting the cart progress bar to the cart drawer section. It was easy to book in a zoom call and Trissha helped me get it done over zoom very quickly. Recommended app and responsive support.
