I installed Wanelo App about 2 months ago. It says that it usually takes 2 days to review your store but still my store is not approved. Much disappointed with this marketplace and going to delete it permanently.

You will need to complete your store and payment settings before we can approve your store to sell on Wanelo. Also, we sent you an email about this last June 23rd and August 23rd as we noticed your store is still unbuyable. Customer Service takes a very long time to respond, I haven't been paid for my 1st order yet which was June 9th, fulfilled ,shipped June 13th, I'm still waiting, it's July 25th...they payout after 30 days when item is shipped or fulfilled, yet I haven't been paid for 3 orders yet. The fees are too high, 17.1 % and 2.9 % for card charges for a total of 20% in fees from your payout. Maybe they will email me back soon.

I love Wanelo as a Sales Channel. A majority of my sales have come from the Wanelo app. I can not recommend it enough.

As so many have said before... I set everything up days ago and patiently waited. Dashboard still says "store is not eligible" and as so many have stated - the "contact us" leads to nowhere. It would seem the only way to get a store activated on Wanelo is to put in a 1 start review and await a response. Super frustrating. Is my store eligible or not? www.thecuratedcloset.net

I love selling on the Wanelo app and I also appreciate the customer service. I’ve been selling on Wanelo for around 6 or 7 years and I’ve never had any problems. Their customer service is tremendous. Whenever I have a question, their customer service rep Gerald P is always there. Much appreciated! Keep up the great work Wanelo.

I would like to know how to make my store "eligible". I cannot go to the page where it says "contact wanelo" because it doesn't pop up. It goes to "blocked content".

Hello shop3cl3ctix! Your store is missing a verified payment account, which is required before your store can sell directly on Wanelo. You will need to complete both your Store and Stripe settings from the Wanelo sales channel. Once you finish adding this information, your store should be approved to sell within 48 hours. After successfully adding wanelo as an app/marketplace, setting up stripe correctly, and everything else, I immediately see a red header that reads "Your store is not eligible for selling on Wanelo". There's a "contact wanelo" button on the header. So I clicked it and it goes to a page showing the "aww snap" emojii and states "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." So feeling determined, I go to wanelo's website hoping to find a contact form, link, chat, something...there is NOTHING...nada...zip! Just a series of help pages. Today I logged in and my site was approved and 99 products added. So, while I am upgrading my review, I believe they need to work on their onboarding process with shopify stores a bit. Perhaps the red header should read "thank you for applying. Please allow 24-48 hours for review." But they definitely need to fix the "contact wanelo" link on the header. I will update this review with # of sales after a year on their platform. Looking forward to seeing if the connection helps sales.

I tried for 2 weeks to set up the wanelo shopify app and set up my store. emailed wanelo 4 times. recieved absolutely no help. still not able to promote my products. if i ran my business like this, i would be out of business. there is s good reason this company has 84 1 star ratings. there is nothing lower rating. shopify should remove them from their apps

Terrible app. For some reason my OLD outdated listings are still connected and there is no way through the app nor the wanelo website to disconnect, delete, or close the account so that my products won't show. I now have to manually hide 192 products one by one since they're not available for sale and no longer available. Good luck trying to get help.

We definitely can understand the frustration of removing products manually one by one. The way to have avoid this is to uninstall and reinstall the Wanelo sales channel from your Shopify account. We provided this guidance immediately upon receiving your inquiry, and it's unfortunate you were not able to read it in time.
