after installing the app, i've noticed it was not working for my theme, so i've emailed Swym Support team, almost immediately Thirumagal responded to my email. after taking a short video to show them the issue, the very next day the app is working for my online store. Now i can see which are the products that are OOS & has a high demand on my site, we would order more in the future. those that are OOS & no demand, we know there is no point restocking again.

The app works very well for our store, and customer support is great! I would absolutely recommend them if you need an alert system for out of stock items.

The product works seamlessly. It's such a blessing that I don't have to remember who asked me to let them know when a product is back in stock. The service I have received from Aarthi is better than expected. Super fast and super-efficient.

Software works well, and does what we needed with minimal setup. We were able to customize the interface with local Japanese text. Their support team are helpful and responsive.

So far my biggest experience was the app not properly communicating with our theme. However, the app support team quickly changed it for us and made sure it was working. They also added it to some of our other types of products that would be great matches for the functionality. We are really looking forward to see how well the app works with our customers.
