Amazing Support Experience with Vijaya I had some confusion around our Back in Stock setup, and Vijaya went above and beyond to help me. She quickly identified the issue, explained it in a very clear way, and guided me step by step until everything was resolved. She even reassured me on how to manage old app code and made sure our new Swym button was set up correctly. Her patience, clear communication, and deep product knowledge really stood out. This app worked well for me. It did everything I wanted it to. Adding the "Notify Me" button to my products was simple. My only criticism is that the interface to get reports or to make changes to notifications is clunky and not user-friendly. It took an hour on their chat to get a notification message updated. Other than that, everything works great.

Very good customer support for queries and imports. System is easier to use on the whole than alternatives. Great reporting and analytics available. There are a few things which rely on their hard coding still, hence great customer service being so valuable. Thanks!

We've had a great experience with this app in the years that we've been using it. The Back in Stock form is clean and quick to load. We recently updated our theme and had some issues with the layout and size of the form, but Josiah from the Swym Support Team had us fixed up in a matter of hours. Nice!
