Swym Back in Stock Alerts

This app is great so far. Haven't had it long but looking forward to having it on shopthislittlepiggy.com

The app works as promised and support is very responsive. Pricing is based on alerts sent. Startup pack is $14 for 250 alerts. However, as a small business like us, it would help to have a tariff between 500 to 1000 alerts instead of 5000 alerts for $49.

I use this app for wishlist and back in stock alert. It is really easy to use and support is awesome. They helped us a lot in a timely manner.

Software works well, and does what we needed with minimal setup. We were able to customize the interface with local Japanese text. Their support team are helpful and responsive.

So far my biggest experience was the app not properly communicating with our theme. However, the app support team quickly changed it for us and made sure it was working. They also added it to some of our other types of products that would be great matches for the functionality. We are really looking forward to see how well the app works with our customers. Will keep you updated!

Incredibly easy, the install was simple and fast. Customer service was outstanding. It makes so much sense to have this, it should be in every store. I have the free version and it really is free. Upgraded versions have more features and as soon as my store generates more income I'll upgrade, but the free version does the basic and most important function. Customer support even did a little customizing to make the app more attractive for me. You can adjust the color and the text in the free version. A must-have, and a no-brainer.

Installed the app to keep track of demand for out of stock products which is does perfectly. I had some issues getting it set up and running with my theme but the support team are ON THE BALL with helping, even adjusting the app on their end so that it would work exactly how I wanted it to with my store.

I just installed this app to help me collect emails for my out of stock items. The app didn't automatically add to my product page with the install that I did so I reached out to the customer support and got a response in less than 5 minutes that fixed it. Thanks!

Pretty great app. Not a whole to configure out of the box. Had some difficulties getting it connected to our Klaviyo marketing list - but Gopinath helped figure out the mystery and get us squared away. Great customer service :)

This app has been great a tool for capturing information about customers that are interested in an out-of-stock product and re-engaging them when it's back in stock. The customer support team has been extremely supportive, answering questions and making changes to the design/functionality of the app to suit the needs of our business. Recommend!

Solucionaron unos problemas que tenía en solo 1 día! ahora mi tienda funciona perfecto y mis clientes pueden unirse a la lista de espera sin problemas cuando nuestros productos se agotan, lo cual nos permite saber si alguien solicita un producto una vez que se agota y así no perder ventas!

Perfect, simple. That's how I describe this app. The Customer service is on par with the big guys. They've made it extremely easy to customize and configure back in stock notifications for our store. And it integrates with Klaviyo. Could not ask for more.

So far so good! The free version seems to have everything we need to alert our customers when a product is restocked. Thank you!

I am using the Free Plan and I really enjoy it. Had 1 issue with setting things up, but customer service was extremely quick to resolve this issue for me. I will be using them to upgrade my plan when the time comes. I fully recommend 5 stars!

Excellent app, clean and simple look and very effective once a product is back in stock for gaining a customer. We had an issue with app integration upon switching themes, this was rectified by Krishnan in under 24 hours and the app is now working perfectly. We can't fault Swym here and recommend this app highly. Thank you

App didn't work and the confirmation email lead to an error page multiple times but the support team was super helpful and called personally to fix the problem.
