First and foremost, I want to start by saying that I highly rate Swym Back in Stock Alerts app. It does exactly what it has been designed to do. I had been using the app for some time with no issues whatsoever. I recently upgraded the theme and when I went to make the necessary changes to get the app back up and running again, I had some minor issues. I had to contact tech support to get it resolved. I can’t honestly fault them. Very helpful and went beyond my expectations when I asked for further help so I could customise how the app integrated with my website. All in all, 5 star all around. This app works a treat to notify customers when products are back in stock via email. We generate a lot of sales through the app and can see as soon as a garment is listed in stock traffic rushes to the site. We had an issue with it synching with a new shopify store template but customer service immediately fixed the problem for us within 10 minutes of contact. Great customer service

Used for back in stock email and integrated with Klaviyo well, also looking at the pre-order workflow for the future.. a good app.

Great app with outstanding customer service. I changed my theme and that caused it to stop working, but when I contacted Customer Support I got a response within an hour and all fixed.
