The worst customer support ever. Quality is good but the support doesn't care about you and your orders. They keep answering with the same phrases over and over. Shipping is super slow.

Extremely disappointed. I spent a lot of money creating designs for their products, but have had several orders that took more than a month. I recently had a several hundred dollar order that was placed in October and did not receive it until this week! More than 2 months! I liked Nates Youtube content but I will never do business with them again.

Very slow shipping Plus, 30% of my customer didn't received their package.. the support just tell me to "kindly ask my customer to contact their local post office".... the benefit are too low for the complain... and if I have to refund my unstatisfied customers, I will just loose money in the whole winter season...

Had a few snags but customer service really followed thru to help us out. Great app and features. Awesome mockups and video services. Customizable like no other AOP app out right now. I highly suggest shipping DHL to solve all our problems. USPS too slow for this service.

This company sucks, the shipping time is the worst and customer service is not the greatest. The quality of products started off good then just went downhill i am removing all the items from my shop asap! Not reliable at all.

This is a scam application. They received money from the order, but did not ship it, instead they sent me a virtual tracking number. 1 product but not shipped out of china. I tried ordering a product and could not receive it, did not respond, did not support even sent a message. fu ** king app from china!

It's missing too many mandatory features. You can't see your WC created products within the app, once created they merge with the entire shopify inventory so you can only access WC created inventory from the shopify product filter. Which means you have to switch in and out of the app to manage inventory. Minor, but very inconvenient. The real deal breaker is the really sub par product design software. Every product has a different size image requirement. The image sizes have to be exact. It's a total time suck to resize every single image to a different size for every single product. Just terrible. And for what? There are ZERO in-app design tools. It loads the image to the product and there isn't even a chance to adjust the placement. Nothing. There are no design features at all. It's about the worst print on demand software I've used out of about the 15 or so that I use. While it does have some cool products - the round beach blankets, wallets, ok more like a few - they low quality design app doesn't make it worth much. One thing shopify is lacking completely is a quality POD. I had high hopes but this isn't it. It's just to basic and generic and wastes too much time for so very very little. Just all around disappointing.

Unfortunately I can't use WC Fulfillment any longer. I sold a few hundred phone cases mainly as just cross-sells last couple months for my main products. The experience was okay for a while until Q4 hit, and I noticed there was a serious problem. Phone cases sitting in production for 10-15 days is completely unacceptable. I understand that it's a "partner factory" in the USA and there's not much anyone behind the screens at WC can do about it. However, and this is the big issue. I started fulfilling my phone cases with a different POD app, which turned out to be sourcing these phone cases from the same exact factory. The orders were being fulfilled in 5-6 days with the other app, I did not have one order go over 7 days. So this leads me to believe that there is an issue in the backend of WC that isn't being addressed where either orders are being lost/missed/etc, I don't know what is, but it's not good. Also, the shipping prices are nonsense for the phone cases. It doesn't cost $6 to ship 2 phone cases or $9 to ship 3 phone cases inside the USA, when coming from Herkimer NY. There is a price break on multiple units in one shipment with USPS, and WC is just pocketing it. This isn't something I experienced to a high degree, but it's enough to leave a bad taste in your mouth. Support replies immediately and is always very friendly. Unfortunately, there aren't too helpful beyond canceling an order. You just get the scripted lines to stall you until hopefully your issue resolves itself, we know the drill. Our store has pretty decent volume, but I wasn't a big WC seller. I didn't have a whole lot of trust in the app and I'm glad I never got involved with the products that were coming out of China. All of my orders with WC are going to end up arriving by Christmas, so I'll give 3 stars. The app needs some serious work though or else it's not going to survive. I'm not saying that to trash the app, I say it as constructive criticism. For the time being, I'm done with WC. Maybe in the future I'll give it another try.

love the products they have to customize. i would like to be able to customize the sneakers separate instead of them customizing all at once. i still love the platform.

I used this app to set up my Shopify site. WC has a wealth of help in the way of instructional videos that walk through step by step. The mock ups are Baller!!!

Bad. 33 days of waiting. Quality test order. T-shirts and hoodies. The bad impression. The horrible colors. The super synthetic quality. And to top it off, I had ordered 2 t-shirt and 1 hoodie and I am missing 1 t-shirt. No more china shit products...

Good pod service. I like that it has products that other pod fulfillers don't offer. Also love the fact that they offer more mockups for their products.

UPDATE: Support so bad I cannot recommend this to anyone. Lowering the review to 1 star. Extremely time consuming and frustrating to deal with. There have to be better options out there. Customers waiting over 8 weeks and WC giving fake tracking numbers, when the item hasn't really been sent. WC refuses to take responsibility and still hasn't actually sent the item or a refund. Ruining our reputation. We can never recommend this. Old review below. We get great reviews on product quality. However, support is extremely frustrating to work with. Overseas support that has given us the run-around on multiple orders lost in transit and delayed. Wastes a lot of our time and makes it difficult to provide good service to our own customers in return.

I have been using WC for a couple of years now and liked them, not anymore. Phone cases, WC prints theirs in New York and it was great, for awhile. Now I have an order that was placed in October that has been shipped to the wrong country 3 TIMES and it still hasn't made it to her. I have 3 other phone case orders that are now 2 weeks overdue for shipping and even though WC offered to give me a partial refund to "stall" my customers with, I haven't even seen the discount yet on my end. I write support everyday about these orders and get the same thing - "We are waiting for a response from the printer". I am moving my phone cases to another provider and once these orders clear I am deleting the app.

I had to select one star, they should have ZERO stars! I make items using their templates, which are OK. Then the orders come and I was happy. Until the items are received. They were clearly not as good as the sale images made by this service. The colors are NOT the same. And the "excuse" from WC Fulfillment was I need to change the colors to Pantone, as the color deviation is due to the material used and the heat transfer process. And the color was 90% the same as the print. This should be 100%. Lousy excuse. This services is a SCAM - DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY ON THIS. Use other services, like PrintFul. They deliver 100% correct. Have been using Printful several years now.

So far this is a solid 3. I'll start with the good. I'm primarily selling the MacBook covers. It's a unique product that can appeal to a broad audience depending on your designs. Per FB, roughly 58M people are using MacBooks. You should be able to carve out a niche and design to that sub-market. The template was good and I felt the interface to apply my design was more than adequate. Very easy to use, especially if you correctly sized your design image. The default mockups during product creation are good and they offer additional PSD templates for more mockups. One downside, the newest MacBooks are not supported (i.e. My girlfriend's new Macbook). The unique product, the design / creation interface, and supporting mockups are all very good. They lose one star on this section because my girlfriend is annoyed at me. She wanted her dog on her MacBook. That leaves them with 4-stars for this section. So far I have experienced similar shipping delays and tracking number problems. You will not receive a fake tracking number as information will show up a few days after getting your initial tracking notification. That will certainly confuse my customers. Until then it looks like as it has no data (i.e. fake). Once the data arrives its not very helpful. My sample order from Nov 13th still shows last activity of initial hand-off to shipper as of Nov 21st. No movement and it hasn't arrived as of Dec 2nd. With the holiday, I'm still within the 2-week window so they get the benefit of the doubt. I'll be home from business travel in 4-days and I hope its there. Customer service has been very friendly and marginally helpful so far. It seems they do not have direct access to production or shipping data. I envision them having separate text windows with the manufacturers trying to get updates. My inquiry of the original sample order took a couple days to get confirmation that it shipped even though no update via tracking number. Apparently, my order is in a shipping container somewhere at sea per support. Again, home on Friday. Fingers crossed. A lesson from my old days doing crisis management, no information is worse than bad news. Most people can work with bad news. You can make adjustments, new plans, etc. No news, is typically very bad news. If they have issues and they know it, make a statement and tell us your plan for resolving it. Do follow-ups with progress reports. Shipping so far is a 2 at best, but it may increase if the item arrives this week. Since I haven't actually received the product, I cannot review its quality.

This app is a scam. When using the app to sell cheap t-shirts, I made a custom t-shirt design with front and back. When making the product, it said it would cost me 10.99 plus 3.99 for shipping in the USA. But when I placed an order to test the product, it was an extra $5 because I have print on the back (which was not on the product page creator). So my cheapest product was costing me, $20.41, I found out that it was an extra $5 because I checked their website and they were false advertise the pricing. Honestly, I might sue.
This is disclosed both on our website and in our app. For example, at https://wcfulfillment.com/product-details/v-neck-t-shirt/#prices is "An additional $5 USD per item will be charged if multiple print locations are used. For example, if you print on FRONT and BACK." And in the app under Seller Costs is "An additional $4.99 USD per item will be charged if multiple print locations are used." If we can make this more clear, please let us know how.

Amazing App! We have been using this app for over 2 months now, we really like their products. Support has been extremely helpful and the Facebook group is awesome. The resources and training videos provided are also very good. Overall very happy.

Absolute Garbage! THE worst POD app I've used. Horrible user interface. No tracking information and customer service runaround. The advertise cool products, but they are too much of a liability to trust at this point...stay away!

I have been waiting for a month for product..MyFIRST time using this. I wish I would have read reviews first. They said its the shippers fault, I talked to FedEx rep and they say they don't even have package..so who is lying here?..All they can tell me is be more patient..MORE PATIENT!!!? Lost customers from this!!
