Very slow shipping Plus, 30% of my customer didn't received their package.. the support just tell me to "kindly ask my customer to contact their local post office".... the benefit are too low for the complain... and if I have to refund my unstatisfied customers, I will just loose money in the whole winter season...

This company sucks, the shipping time is the worst and customer service is not the greatest. The quality of products started off good then just went downhill i am removing all the items from my shop asap! Not reliable at all.

This is a scam application. They received money from the order, but did not ship it, instead they sent me a virtual tracking number. 1 product but not shipped out of china. I tried ordering a product and could not receive it, did not respond, did not support even sent a message. fu ** king app from china!

It's missing too many mandatory features. You can't see your WC created products within the app, once created they merge with the entire shopify inventory so you can only access WC created inventory from the shopify product filter. Which means you have to switch in and out of the app to manage inventory. Minor, but very inconvenient. The real deal breaker is the really sub par product design software. Every product has a different size image requirement. The image sizes have to be exact. It's a total time suck to resize every single image to a different size for every single product. Just terrible. And for what? There are ZERO in-app design tools. It loads the image to the product and there isn't even a chance to adjust the placement. Nothing. There are no design features at all. It's about the worst print on demand software I've used out of about the 15 or so that I use. While it does have some cool products - the round beach blankets, wallets, ok more like a few - they low quality design app doesn't make it worth much. One thing shopify is lacking completely is a quality POD. I had high hopes but this isn't it. It's just to basic and generic and wastes too much time for so very very little. Just all around disappointing.

Bad. 33 days of waiting. Quality test order. T-shirts and hoodies. The bad impression. The horrible colors. The super synthetic quality. And to top it off, I had ordered 2 t-shirt and 1 hoodie and I am missing 1 t-shirt. No more china shit products...

UPDATE: Support so bad I cannot recommend this to anyone. Lowering the review to 1 star. Extremely time consuming and frustrating to deal with. There have to be better options out there. Customers waiting over 8 weeks and WC giving fake tracking numbers, when the item hasn't really been sent. WC refuses to take responsibility and still hasn't actually sent the item or a refund. Ruining our reputation. We can never recommend this. Old review below. We get great reviews on product quality. However, support is extremely frustrating to work with. Overseas support that has given us the run-around on multiple orders lost in transit and delayed. Wastes a lot of our time and makes it difficult to provide good service to our own customers in return.

I had to select one star, they should have ZERO stars! I make items using their templates, which are OK. Then the orders come and I was happy. Until the items are received. They were clearly not as good as the sale images made by this service. The colors are NOT the same. And the "excuse" from WC Fulfillment was I need to change the colors to Pantone, as the color deviation is due to the material used and the heat transfer process. And the color was 90% the same as the print. This should be 100%. Lousy excuse. This services is a SCAM - DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY ON THIS. Use other services, like PrintFul. They deliver 100% correct. Have been using Printful several years now.

This app is a scam. When using the app to sell cheap t-shirts, I made a custom t-shirt design with front and back. When making the product, it said it would cost me 10.99 plus 3.99 for shipping in the USA. But when I placed an order to test the product, it was an extra $5 because I have print on the back (which was not on the product page creator). So my cheapest product was costing me, $20.41, I found out that it was an extra $5 because I checked their website and they were false advertise the pricing. Honestly, I might sue.

Absolute Garbage! THE worst POD app I've used. Horrible user interface. No tracking information and customer service runaround. The advertise cool products, but they are too much of a liability to trust at this point...stay away!

I have been waiting for a month for product..MyFIRST time using this. I wish I would have read reviews first. They said its the shippers fault, I talked to FedEx rep and they say they don't even have package..so who is lying here?..All they can tell me is be more patient..MORE PATIENT!!!? Lost customers from this!!

I’m a pretty reasonable person so I can understand when something gets delayed. But straight to the point, not a single one of my orders has gone out on time. Every single shipping confirmation I received was followed by two weeks of NO TRACKING MOVEMENT. The tracking doesn’t even show that the item was even received by FedEx. Their production time was accurate based on when they updated orders as “shipped”. But I’m starting to think that maybe they don’t actually have the product done when they mark it as shipped. I have brought this up countless time with them and all they offer is an apology and promise to be better. I understand once an item is dropped off at the post office that they don’t have control over the movement, but at some point it is this company’s responsibility to see that there is problem after problem and just pick a different shipping provider. Or you know, actually ship it out. One of the two. Avoid this company if you don’t want it to take a month to get a product to you.

first time ordering and have to say extremely disappointed. website says 2-4 days to ship out, when I contacted them, they say 5-7...okay that is understandable to take a few extra days... now it's going on two weeks. As another reviewer said, they give fake tracking numbers. I was hopeful when I found WC fulfillment and their products... now i'm just annoyed! Will be putting in a claim for my order to get my money back.

Save your future headache with this company. I have an order for almost a month now and still no tracking number. Luckily it was a sample order and if this was a customer order not only I will have a bad reputation, but also loosing money. Customer service is no help neither and attempted to expedite this issue to their facebook group but with no attempt to please me. Hope they will improve their service as they have good product choices.

Shipping time is too long it's been 2 weeks now and still not shipped. The customer service refuse to refund and said that it's been shipped but can't give a tracking number. UPDATE : Package return to seller, i'm waiting since 3 weeks for a refund.

Products are unique and of decent quality, the app is good, PSD mockups need rework( so many blank spots). However, I can't stand the Long shipping times ( exceeds what said on the app, for some products you can find 2 different shipping times on two different pages ), i can't stand the Tracking numbers not being updated for weeks, and above all, i can't stand the support team (not their fault though), they sure answer very fast but they only say: Sorry sorry sorry, we will forward this to fulfillment team, we will issue a resend request, we'll get back to you asap - and then you wait for MANY DAYS, how can i keep a customer with no answers for 4-5 days??? sometimes more and i have to go and ask on the chat every day for an answer and all i hear again is sorrry soorry we will forward this OMG my head is burning right now because of this, the support chat can't even give a simple info like wheter the shipping will stop on golden week or not, they must forward this to the team and wait for answers, i don't even know how i'm i supposed to use the sizing chart ( on body or on garnment ) i was told different answers on chat vs on fb group. the support chat is not to blame, the developers should give them a solid formation and more freedom to act, you should focus on these issues rather than add new products every now and then, i've built a solid relationship with my customers and i feel that with this app i'm gonna ruin all of that

Update WC fulfillment is GONE BANG! Chasing 5 orders never shipped and no customer support. SHOPIFY need to close them down Now..many sellers experiencing problems and nobody there to help us sellers -- Deleting app now ..I have been using WC Fulfillment for over a year now. I find the app easy to use, and the product range is growing on a regular basis. The quality of the phone and wallet case are excellent, T Shirts are Deadly! Shipping time has been bang on, we have only had about 2 orders out of 100 , outside the expected delivery time...Customer Service 100% Support , knowledge base and The owner ....Top CLASS! Thanks Rambo.

DO NOT get this app!!!! It is the most worthless, useless turd I have ever seen! You can ONLY edit products if you have PhotoShop, and you can't upload an existing image unless it is "EXACTLY 5827x8583". If you ask for help, they only refer you to their tutorials which ONLY show you how to edit it in PhotoShop. They then tell you "Well, you'll just have to use an editor to resize your picture". But they give you another tutorial on how to resize a file, but the video ONLY SHOWS PHOTOSHOP! Don't waste your time with this loser app. If I could give it negative stars I would. Worthless.....The people were nice though, so the customer service is fine, it's just the app is worthless. UNLESS YOU HAVE PHOTOSHOP. They need to change the app name to PhotoShop Fulfillment.

My first order was not printed in the correct size. Has taken 4 days so far to try to get them to reprint a new one. Their messaging system is full of bugs and flaws. Makes it hard to get a straight answer from the CSR. No accountability with the company. I sent them a picture of the large size garment that was order in medium. And still nothing is in process of being printed. I have 4 orders in with this company so far, and 1 has been shipped out and it was incorrect. If any of the others are not as they should be, I will be removing this company from my collection of clothing. I have never had such a bad experience with a company on the first garment being made. I was told 2 days ago that the garment would be started to be processed, and here I am having to ask if it is in process again. Zero communication from the company in the 4 days except that this is not how they usually do business, but keep getting the same results each time. No product being reprinted for something they messed up. I am more than upset with this company, but can't erase the app until the garments that were ordered are sent out and delivered, which coincidently is just days after my payment for the usage of the site is to come out of my account. So likely I will have to pay for a months worth of service just to get this misprinted item made and sent out. Very disappointed in this company!

geesh this is just terrible....worst product creator I have seen and nothing fits on any product. No thanks...OHHH I can update a response... you are right I didn't make a product because person you hired for support didn't even know how to use the product creator...I wasted over 30 mins of my life trying to show her the image is squished and not placed right and her response was "sorry maybe change the shirt color" LOLOLOL are you kidding me. Far from a fake review Better options for POD in the US no need to waste my life trying to work with cheap Chinese drop shipping crap. BTW she said your products was printed and shipped from China. Fix the product creator and i'll fix my review.
