WeTracked.io has been a real game changer for Shopify. It completely solved our tracking issues and significantly increased our ROAS. The Shopify integration works flawlessly, setup is straightforward, and the results are clearly measurable. A stable, reliable, and truly performance-driven app — highly recommended for anyone serious about paid advertising.

so there is no Dash board to view all the metics in one place, they got me in as they said it was better and cheaper then Triple whale, but really all it is, is some code on the back end you can not track or even see the results you still need to use the meta and good dash boards. Crazy how this wasnt told any where

You’re absolutely right in one sense: wetracked.io is not designed to replace external analytics dashboards like Triple Whale, and we should have been clearer about that upfront. If at any point it sounded like we were positioning ourselves as a cheaper or better dashboard alternative, then that’s on us, and we apologize for the confusion. Where our product truly comes into play is inside your ad platforms, not outside of them. Our core value is not a standalone reporting interface, but rather: -Sending enriched, more complete event data directly to Meta or other ad platforms -Improving how your pixel and ad algorithms understand conversions. -Allowing you to analyze performance where scaling decisions are actually made, inside your ad platforms Ads Manager. We do have a lightweight dashboard, but it’s meant to be complementary only, primarily for UTM-based and last-click attribution checks. It’s not intended to be a full analytics suite like Triple Whale, and it shouldn’t be evaluated as one. In short: -We don’t aim to replace Meta or other ad platforms dashboards -We aim to make the data inside those dashboards more accurate and actionable That said, your feedback is very fair, and it highlights an area where we need to communicate more clearly so expectations are set correctly from day one. Super tevreden over de samenwerking met WeTrack. Ze denken echt strategisch met je mee over de winstgevendheid van de shop en geven concreet advies om resultaten te optimaliseren, zoals het opschonen van onnodige apps en het verbeteren van de tracking. It does not help. results were same as without the app.

Honestly been using Wetracked for quite some time for TikTok, and it's become my main. It’s easy to use, and their support is amazing, they’re there 24/7 and always really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The support team is extremely responsive and helpful. I had some issues setting up the connection, and their live chat resolved it quickly. I’m still evaluating the tool’s overall impact, but the support experience so far has been excellent.

Connection of your Shopify Store: EASY! Connection of META ADS: EASY! Connection of GOOGLE ADS: EASY! If you follow all steps of the easy to use Step-by-Step Guide, you'll set it up in about the 5-10 minutes as wetracked.io is saying. And if you do something, you were not supposed do, like I did, they check that and help you to correct it in minutes. The support is available 24/7 and you'll get connected to that support directly. There is no bot that tries to gaslight you with shady not working directions :D Even before you start connecting anything you can hit that chat button and start asking all those questions and they will answer it. I have implemented META Ads and Google Ads today and will see results soon. Update: Support team got back to me. Credits to attitude & quality of response. Thanks ~~~ Just 2 weeks i am using it. Tracking looks improved the last 2-3 days. Support has never replied to me :-( even after days of waiting and 3 emails & reminders. Pricing ($50) for a single shop is high, its even higher than the basic shopify plan... does this make sense? Don' t really know. Hope i ll be happier soon.
