absurdo que una app destinada a brindar atencion al cliente, sea pesima para solicitar atencion al cliente, te ponen a hablar con un bot que no sirve para nada, la gente valora que se les de la atencion no estar en un ciclo infinito con un bot inutil

We have been using this app since last 6 months, we have found the app useful Being a Ecom Owner getting immediate messages from clients who wish to ask anything and then we can send messages to people who have abandoned carts and who had enquired thru Wati. We can also create Stores on Wati. Very helpful.
