Our experience has been great with wati, however would have appreciated a single POC to resolve certain issues.

Wati is useful for setting up automated playbooks and communicating with customers on Whatsapp. I don't like that I can't react to messages with emoji like I can on regular Whatsapp app. But otherwise it does the job for me.

It is a good app. Needs some understand tough. Need more detailed documentation for the best result.
