Review for Zoko Our experience with Zoko has been mixed. The customer service team is responsive and generally helpful, but the platform itself falls short of what is promised. Many of the features that are advertised either don’t work reliably or require workarounds that limit their real value. There are a few useful functions, but the AI capabilities are extremely limited compared to what the product claims to offer. Considering the overall performance and the actual value delivered, the platform is quite expensive for what it really is. Zoko has potential, but in its current state, it doesn’t meet the expectations set by its marketing.

Zoko has made integrating WhatsApp and Instagram with our business incredibly easy, enabling us to communicate seamlessly with our customers. Their automation features have been a powerful retention tool, helping us streamline follow-ups and improve repeat purchases. It’s also very helpful for creating custom flows that perfectly meet our needs.
