Zoko is my wings. Fantastic product, its the face of my brand. Immediate customer support thru brilliant AI. Takes care of placing new orders, reducing RTO/fake orders, answering customers queries as far as possible that too multi lingual and escalates only important cases. Certainly it is a must for all e-commerce brands. Zoko is a perfect ROI tool. Nishant and team will be the fastest tech team you would have seen, tell them any feature you need they will implement it in a jiffy. Looking forward to more great features.
