Zoko has delivered exactly what we expected, Special thanks to Muzaina Tasneem for her proactive and outstanding support throughout our onboarding, execution and for followup. Smooth automation of tracking updates and reduced customer support load for order queries.The retention and marketing workflows are well-structured and actually help drive repeat sales. Broadcasts, abandoned cart recovery, and segmentation are easy to manage and effective. The dashboard is practical, clean, and fits well into day-to-day operations.

We had a great experience working with Zoko. Their team is very professional, supportive, and always ready to help whenever needed. They also helped us with the setup process, which made onboarding very smooth and stress-free. Communication was very easy throughout, and their customer service is truly excellent — very responsive, friendly, and solution-oriented. The dashboard is also very user-friendly and easy to understand, even for team members who are not very technical. Overall, Zoko made our workflow much easier, and we are very happy with their service. Highly recommended for any business looking for a reliable and professional WhatsApp solution
