This is a MUST have app for anyone spending time doing manual work on whatsapp or handling COD orders. Our biggest frustration with our previous sollution was to set up the flows (which is quite technical), but Zoko literally does it FOR you. We installed ZOKO a week ago, and we are now collecting reviews (judge me) though whatsapp, sending abandoned cart messages through whatsapp and autoreplying to messages through whatsapp. We are also automatically sending messages for orders shipped with request for customers pinning their address. 100% recommend ZOKO for anyone serious about automating manual tasks.

Zoko has been a great tool for managing our WhatsApp operations. The flows and automation features are quite powerful, and it has helped us streamline customer communication efficiently. The team is also responsive and helpful.
