Good support team and simple and fast dashboard, highly recommended
I can't say good enough things about Zoko. This software is a marketing and customer service POWERHOUSE. Customers much prefer to use whatsapp (yes, even many in the US) and they always tell us how they appreciate that we have this option. Zoko's customer service is beyond a shadow of a doubt the best I've received for a SaaS product. Anything I want to create, they will figure out how to do it. No matter how wild the flow is. This is easily my favorite SaaS for my shopify store.
Full whatsapp and social media functionality, great integration with APIs, fair pricing, in my opinion best option for whatsapp. Cons: AI only in english, and crm integrations are not great for lead management.

As a supervisor, I can easily monitor all chat activities through the Zoko dashboard Since implementing Zoko, we've seen: Doubled customer conversion rate Improved customer satisfaction Increased customer retention Suggestion for Improvement Adding a number masking feature to protect customer contact information from sales representatives would be beneficial. We highly recommend Zoko to other Shopify merchants looking to enhance their WhatsApp marketing efforts. It's a powerful, user-friendly, and cost-effective solution that has significantly improved our business operations.
Nice software that helps you out to send whatsapp messages with data from shopify, you can customize almost everything in the messages. After you understand how it works, it's very easy to make new flows, customize to your needs and have better notifications to your customers. I hope in a near future can expand the languages of ChatGPT auto-answer modes, as we have an store non-english, we manage with their guide how to make all our messages in spanish.

It's been over a month since we started using the ZOKO WhatsApp Platform. The Zoko Support team provides outstanding support. They offer assistance in every way possible. They guide you through the each process and ensure you follow the proper configuration and functionality.
Zoko has been a convenient platform for us at Don Vino so far, can easily set-up WA campaigns & analyse them. It's features are something appreciable. We get measurable reports & can track all the important things that are to be tracked from any campaign. Kudos to the team & especially for Aaquib who helped us setup things from a scratch. Thanks.

Using it for more then a month now had many difficulties at the time of starting and setting everything, but the team for with me all the time Benn was my onboarding manager who helped me in every way possible their dashboard is pretty stable and easy to use I am happy to partner with them for my Whatsapp API, their mobile app still needs a lot of work in many aspects but overall it's a very good experience to me.

Awesome product/app - stable app, quick customer support, awesome features. I switched from Interakt, Delightchat, and Wati - some have poor customer support, unstable app, and messages not triggered properly.
