This is a Great app. The after sales service is particularly great. We really appreciate that. Somethings we would like to see added to the Zoko platform - Individual replying on a particular message (same as on a regular WhatsApp chat) - The vendor should be able to put in a discount code for the customer at checkout - A space for the vendor to add a note on the order form at checkout - In quick reply , we should be able to decide the image order and re arrange with drag and drop - Better analytics on Broadcast messages

Zoko has been a major asset to my e-commerce business over the past few years. The automation features have made a big difference, helping us streamline tasks and improve efficiency. Nice Application easy to implement, Good Experience with Zoko Team, I highly recommend people to use it.

So far so good. Reliable and no issues. Easily set up our WhatsApp approvals and templates. What's lacking is a function where we can leave messages or tasks for other team members. The current setup where team messages are left at the same place as the conversation with customers is not good because there is a risk we'll forget to turn on private mode. Would be great if they can set up something like Shopify Inbox (or just integrate with Shopify Inbox).
