Great App! I used this app to manage our WhatsApp chats and send abandoned cart notifications. It has a good UI, and it's very easy to set up new templates and create automation flows. The support is fantastic! The app is constantly developing and providing us with more features, which is excellent.

This app fits our use-case perfectly! It's super easy to share information about items with customers, send them a link to the checkout, create automation flows, and so much more. The interface is easy to use and intuitive, having some smart user experience choices. The support team is hands-on and responds quickly. They really take the time to understand your problems and go out of their way to help you succeed. This a great attitude! We didn't even know such a neat tool existed until we stumbled upon it, which brought our business operations to the next level. Thanks a lot, guys!!

At first, it was a little difficult to understand, but as and when we started using it we realized how powerful and easy it was to send automatic messages. The templates are very easy to set and the broadcast is the best feature. It helped us in reviving old customers who had not placed an order recently. If there were 6 stars I would have definitely given 6. Thanks a lot to the ZOKO Team for making this app.

We've been using Zoko for the last few weeks. Currently, we use it for abandoned cart nudges, and we've seen an immediate improvement in abandoned cart conversion rates vs only email nudges. Rahul, from the team, has been super responsive and proactive in answering all our queries and guiding us through the various use cases. Thanks for the wonderful experience so far team!

We have been using zoko since 8 months. Zoko has immensely improved our customer interactions on whatsapp and inturn improved the sales. Their customer service team is excellent. They are very open to new suggestions and have been very prompt in deploying new features. We have had very good experience and would strongly recommend Zoko.
