Zoko nos permite seguir el historial de conversaciones de cada uno de nuestros clientes, anteriormente perdíamos muchos hilos de conversación con whatsapp. Adicionalmente permite automatizar mensajes como solicitudes de reseñas, seguimientos de envío y un largo etc. La ventana de gestión de Zoko nos permite ver de un vistazo rápido con que cliente estamos tratando, su historial de conversaciones, pedidos y etiquetas. Es un CRM imprescindible. Adicionalmente el servicio técnico tiene una profesionalidad intachable. Altamente recomendable.

The team reached out to me right away to find out my needs, they trained me on how to use the app, and have been on standby any time I’ve needed assistance. I’ve been able to automate all WhatsApp messages to customers- when they place an order, when their order is fulfilled and marketing messages as well.
