A good app. Certain things are missing/not working 1. User access- there's only one login. Cant give team members access to this via separate/exclusive login. 2. Support not available. Email support link is not working

The free function is great! Very easy to set up WhatsApp chatbox on my website. I haven't tested the Abandoned Cart function yet. Will check it out when I get there :) Thank you!

This is a superb app, i used it for my site www.copycatz.in for customer interactions, i will now be upgrading and will try the 30 day free trial to see how it performs...will keep you posted

Using the free version for now. Has worked wonderfully so far! Wish the Abandoned Cart facility was available in the free version ;-)

It was easy to install. I had trouble with responding to customers who wanted to chat when on laptop

Usei esse aplicativo para deixar o botão de whats app na minha loja, melhorou bastante o suporte ao cliente, aplicativo sem bugs. Recomendo

I love this simple yet effective app. You need to understand something: when you are a new store: people would probably like to talk to you before they purchase. Using most of "chatting" apps would not capture the client's contact information, so if you are not live and available when the client asks, you WILL NOT be able to get back to your prospect client UNLESS they registered their contact details (which is seriously rare in case of new stores).. You need to consider that some international markets interact less frequently using WhatsApp.. For example, USA..
