This app is so awesome. It gave me an opportunity to connect with my customers. I found that store visitors generally have many questions regarding the product, and giving a chat with us whatsapp button helps them connect easily and quickly with the store owner. This app has helped me close many sales by replying to customer's questions on time. I have a store in India, and people are skeptical about such online stores, so providing an extra layer of communication gives them a sense of confidence which helps us in getting more sales, Highly suggest this app for everyone. This is an app we were really waiting for! I now have the opportunity to touch base with all the 'add to carts' that Shopify would previously show me but I had no way to contact! Also, contacting Abandoned Carts is now so easy over Whatsapp ( we previously had to do it manually - what a drag that was). For our business specifically, the potential to convert is now 3 x what it was before! Also, Preetam from SuperLemon is super helpful, super supportive and very open to new app feature suggestions too. I HIGHLY recommend installing this app! Thanks, Preetam & Team SuperLemon!

This is probably my favourite app in the whole App Store. It has helped us tremendously on our customer relations - we get 2x more enquiries now just using this app
