I try to contact support but till now no answer so far, I upgrade my plan to create a campaign but I can not create at teamplet I keep sending emails but it seems that I am sending them to the empty space there is no support from them at all

If you just need the widget that appears on your website to connect with your customers Superlemon works just fine. However, none of the automation works properly and to make it worse no customer service is available to help. I have sent over more than 3 emails and I just got one response saying they will investigate and never came back to me for more than a week.

No me está funcionando como debe. Ya he configurado en mi Shopify lo que me pide y no puedo utilizarla.

Estou a mais de um mês tentando entrar em contato com o suporte para resolver BUG do APP e não obtenho resposta. Suporte péssimo! Adquirimos a versão paga do sistema e simplesmente não conseguimos usar. Que atendimento é esse? Horrível...

No me deja vincular la cuenta comercial de Facebook, no deja personalizar las plantillas, algunos procesos están en ingles.

WORST APP and THE WORST customer service. No one cares in this company and does not even bother replying or acknowledging an email. I would like to unsubscribe and please HELP me for the same and at least take an initiate now to reply.

Please do not install this APP. It has been two years they have been charging $25 every month. We have a paid plan from day 1, and it was supposed to be $15. Despite multiple tickets, we have not received the refund. And we are going to complain about this to SHOPIFY no one else should fall into this trap. They shamelessly keep charging no matter what you do. Apart from this, when you install this app, you will see the abandoned cart details in the app, but they will not show up in Shopify customers / abandoned carts, so if you discontinue the app, you will not have these abandoned carts and customer details. We are left with no option other than to write this feedback here to get their attention. Because the customer care SUCKS. They promise to refund but keep charging.

Worst customer service PATHETIC, even though you choose the Ultimate plan which says "priority customer service" they don't reply with a proper response. Our issue is still in a pending state.

Very rarely i do this. installed this app and subscribed for ultimate plan. From day 1 the whats app icon was not showing properly on the website after landing on any page, every-time when new page is browsed one has to refresh page to make the icon visible . We escalated this issue with video recording, it took good 14 days to fix this issue with multiple follow ups, and the issue got resolved creating major issue on our website i.e our "add to cart" and "checkout" button stopped working. It took 2 days for us to identify that when there was NO sale happening and some buyers complained. 2) We then escalated this new issue to them, and we are sitting and waiting for them to fix this, and our live website has currently non-working "add to cart" and "checkout" button. Will wait till today for any positive outcome, if not shall uninstall the app for good.

This app isnt right for my store so had to delete but seems to work well if you need Watsapp, Live Chat or Messenger. I had an issue with deleting and someone contacted me straightaway when I sent an email and added a review.

This new look is not user friendly. I can't recover most flof my abandoned carts. I really hate working with this app now I enjoyed the last one. This doesn't fit into my phone screen at all. I can't see the customer details. It's really not user friendly at all

Was using the free version just for the widget, but recently some clients came to us saying they have been receiving unsolicited whatsapp messages in english (our store is in portuguese). Turns out this app launched new features and turned them on by default, which also means they charged us $64,32 and sent over 800 whatsapp messages to our clients in a foreign language. VERY upset with this. I want my money back. This was the most problematic thing that happened, but once they did an update which behaved badly with other apps and broke our site. And another time I was testing our sales funnel and discovered they had inserted an optin checkbox for whatsapp messages on product pages. The features are interesting and they have been developing a lot of new features. Would be great, but the transparency on what is actually being published to our store (and charged) is very bad.

What happened? You can´t send direct whatsapps to the abandoned carts anymore. That was the best of the app, to bad it doesn´t have that function anymore.

La aplicación funcionaba perfecto hasta que lanzaron la versión beta. La usaba para recuperar carritos enviando mensajes manuales, pero la version beta ya no tiene esta opcion. Me comunico al email de soporte [email protected] y mis emails rebotan, dice que la direccion no existe.
