it says there is a 7 day free trial. But when I try on the growth package, they billed me immediately. I ask their support for assistance, no action taken. Now, shopify have billed me. they say they need more time to process....

Muy agresiva la forma para solicitar numeros, muy poca personalizacion, malisima la traducción. Cambiaron como funcionaba la aplicacion y activaron autimaticamente sus seudo mejoras. Hacen lo que quieren y estas obligado a aceptarlas.

Pesimo! adquirí el segundo plan, y dure días intentando enlazar a mi whatsapp sin ningún resultado, incluso me pisieron eliminar la cuenta de WhatsApp para al final no lograr confirgurar la app. Ahora, luego de cancelada la suscripción nno puedo activar nuevamente mi numero de whatsapp con el que llevo trabajando meses y donde me escriben muchos clientes. El soporte nunca responde o se tardan demasiado mientras yo sigo perdiendo ventas, pesima App no la recomiendo nada

They will still charge you on free plan as well, Its a trap, be careful, not recommended, Now they are not replying on the support as well. How to report shopify for unauthorize charge?

Péssimo faz cobrança sem autorizar, o minimo é 500$ de cobrança, tá maluco!!!!!!!!!! nao recomendo

The app that was "free" has been updated and started charging unauthorized amounts. The terms are not clear, much less the descriptions to find out where the charges are being made. One day the app was good, I don't recommend it anymore. Just follow the latest comments to see a lot of complaints.

no sirve para nada, desde que lo actualizaron, ya no sale el chat, se queda en una pantalla para colocar el número, y ahora q actualizan dice q es gratis pero q autorizamos un cargo de hasta 500usd, es muy confuso

It doesn't allow to disable some widgets or you must get an extra verification step to control your own account, this verification was not completed by superlemon in over a month. Every update took a lot of time and their response time is very long. We had to switch to a different app as we never recieved any answer from them.

This app sends 20% discount codes to customers without consent. Creates codes in Shopify without consent. I didnt set it up. I merely "upgraded" to an upgraded FREE plan. [Update] Their reply is they do not have permission to create discounts. My customer received 20% discount via whatsapp. It must be a phantom admin who granted the discount.

Some of them might even not be aware NOTE: PLEASE do not release any updates without testing. This seems to be a highly irresponsible act on your side. It is detrimental to the sales of a lot of hardworking store owners on Shopify.

BUYER BEAWARE***** They hid their fee in the minimized text you could be charged up to $5000 a month. I made a mistake of installing it by lookin at their reviews I now know they are fake. They wouldn't even get back to me to set up the app even I signed on their monthly subscription plan then I noticed they are charging me one by one for the app it not even set up yet. Stay AWAY AT ALL COST

I used this app to give my visitors the option to contact us directly by whatsapp. It worked well until Superlemon did an update and installed an 'opt in' widget on my store which then made it not possibe for customers to checkout. Too intrusive for my liking. APP DELETED!!!

pathetic Experience with them, worst customer service ever, they automation are just out of control, customers complaining for the repeatedly sending same automation again and again, while we are trying to discontinue service with them and they are not even sorting way out for last 4 days. strongly not recommended at all.

I try to contact support but till now no answer so far, I upgrade my plan to create a campaign but I can not create at teamplet I keep sending emails but it seems that I am sending them to the empty space there is no support from them at all

If you just need the widget that appears on your website to connect with your customers Superlemon works just fine. However, none of the automation works properly and to make it worse no customer service is available to help. I have sent over more than 3 emails and I just got one response saying they will investigate and never came back to me for more than a week.
