Estou a mais de um mês tentando entrar em contato com o suporte para resolver BUG do APP e não obtenho resposta. Suporte péssimo! Adquirimos a versão paga do sistema e simplesmente não conseguimos usar. Que atendimento é esse? Horrível...

The app is good, but the support is VERY BAD! We've been writing to [email protected] for more then a week for multiple times and we never hear back from them. We wonder, what kind of a service is this. You sell your product and you never reply when your product throws an error?

WORST APP and THE WORST customer service. No one cares in this company and does not even bother replying or acknowledging an email. I would like to unsubscribe and please HELP me for the same and at least take an initiate now to reply.

Muy mala aplicación, no se pueden modificar las plantillas y algunas solo están disponibles en ingles. no se puede personalizar nada.

TODAYS's UPDATE: THIS IS THE WORST APP. IT ONLY HURTS OUR BUSINESS. Now the reconfirmation Link does not work in the case of COD. The APP Support is gone from IOS and ANDROID ALL OF A SUDDEN. We can even log into the account with our Shopify Store ID. It says Bad Gateway error 502. The customers are annoyed, and we lose business. We have been using it for a while, but the problem persists, and we are still waiting for someone to help. If someone is ordering a CASH ON DELIVERY -- why should ve request to make the payment saying the payment is pending? When someone places a COD order, they get a message to reconfirm; once they do, they do not get any message saying the order is confirmed. Because of this, customers get annoyed and cancel orders. Just looking for a different alternative. Abandoned Cart Template: Hi {{customer_name}}, the payment for your order of {{currency}} {{total}} from {{shop_name}} is still pending. Click the link to complete the payment and confirm your order {{checkout_url}}. "JUST ASKING FOR "PAYMENT" makes possible COD order to ZERO" COD Confirmation Template: Hi {{customer_name}}, thank you for placing an order of {{currency}} {{total}} from {{shop_name}}. Since you paid using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, we need your confirmation before processing and shipping your order. Click on this link to confirm your order {{cod_confirmation_page_url}}. " BTW, the buyer never gets any acknowledgment or Thank You for confirmation message once they click on the link." They then try to get help and finally cancel the order. This APP ONLY increased our ABANDONED RATE. We had to stop the ABANDONED CART Automation. The only good thing about this app is that it gives WhatsApp opt-in numbers. We had written many emails,s and the concern was always transferred to the tech team with NO SOLUTIONS AT ALL, so we have to write this review.

La extensión para chrome no funciona. Al dar clic para redactar las plantillas no funciona. Hemos contactado con soporte, pero no nos han dado solución y llevan más de 3 días sin responder nada al respecto.

Very rarely i do this. installed this app and subscribed for ultimate plan. From day 1 the whats app icon was not showing properly on the website after landing on any page, every-time when new page is browsed one has to refresh page to make the icon visible . We escalated this issue with video recording, it took good 14 days to fix this issue with multiple follow ups, and the issue got resolved creating major issue on our website i.e our "add to cart" and "checkout" button stopped working. It took 2 days for us to identify that when there was NO sale happening and some buyers complained. 2) We then escalated this new issue to them, and we are sitting and waiting for them to fix this, and our live website has currently non-working "add to cart" and "checkout" button. Will wait till today for any positive outcome, if not shall uninstall the app for good.

This app isnt right for my store so had to delete but seems to work well if you need Watsapp, Live Chat or Messenger. I had an issue with deleting and someone contacted me straightaway when I sent an email and added a review.

This new look is not user friendly. I can't recover most flof my abandoned carts. I really hate working with this app now I enjoyed the last one. This doesn't fit into my phone screen at all. I can't see the customer details. It's really not user friendly at all

Was using the free version just for the widget, but recently some clients came to us saying they have been receiving unsolicited whatsapp messages in english (our store is in portuguese). Turns out this app launched new features and turned them on by default, which also means they charged us $64,32 and sent over 800 whatsapp messages to our clients in a foreign language. VERY upset with this. I want my money back. This was the most problematic thing that happened, but once they did an update which behaved badly with other apps and broke our site. And another time I was testing our sales funnel and discovered they had inserted an optin checkbox for whatsapp messages on product pages. The features are interesting and they have been developing a lot of new features. Would be great, but the transparency on what is actually being published to our store (and charged) is very bad.

Super lemon Whatsapp app is very pricey. Lots of limitations on the features. For beginners not user friendly. Hope app developer will work on adding more features in the future to make it a better app.

This app has very limited features and the pricing is higher. I think this app is still being developed, beta version. If anyone looking for upgraded features please refer to other Whatsapp apps on AppStore.
