Had used the app for the past year (happily), then they updated it and you can no longer send manual messages. Advised support and never received a concrete solution. Also lost all of our message templates, no advance notice that this change would delete existing templates. If you are trying to connect whatsapp to your shopify store, this is NOT the app.

I do not like this update, they raised the price and half of the features that I used before have been removed. I used to send manual messages to customers and was able to create templates with my customer order info. Now that's completely gone. I deleted the app and I'll be looking for another alternative.

I have been using Superlemon since the beginning and it was a great app. In the meantime a new team picked it up and the development and support have been HORRENDOUS. They update the app to a non-functional beta version right before Black Friday/Christmas. They automatically inject random popups and thank you page widgets that you CANNOT DISABLE. The support copy pastes the same template message regardless of your issue. For one specific problem we had on tablets, it took them 4 months to reply.

Opt in Number request not updated its been 5 days...and they are saying it will be updated in 24 hours......i mail them several times but they dont want to resolve it...we are waiting for them to start promotion if they update but dont know what they want...and their is no priority support in their ultimate plan as they mentioned.......very bad

The app has created a mess with our clients. Auto order cancel has NOT been selected. Yet when the client replies to the COD with No, their system cancels the order on shopify! But that is not the only issue. The cancelation does NOT restock the item in inventory. Reached out to support, they keep passing the buck to someone else. We finally gave up and have now removed the app. Ordinarily, I would not have bothered to write a review, but their app has caused us significant customer issues. And their customer support is 0/5 rating in my humble opinion. Of course, I have all the communication to back up my claim. It just sad, the app had so much potential.

Support is not all that they say it is. After multiple back and forth with them. They were not able to resolve a simple issue. The agent refused to escalate the issue to the manager. The last thing they said was it would take a month or so and get rolled out with the next update. I don't have any faith in what the agent has said. Will have to wait and see. This review is legit, I have all the emails to share if any MANAGER would like to get in touch and ask me.

The App started out wonderful, and i was incredibly happy with it. that being said, support went down the drain, took for ever for support to come back to me and the app was not working as expected. I cancelled my full subscription and deleted the app to move to a competitor that has brilliant support and fixes on the fly!

most of the time unable to send msg and it always show announcement stating there's an issue. This issues didnt solve for few months. Email support also didnt reply.

Abandoned Checkout Recovery not working for the longest time more than 90 days. No Email from them only a update notification on the app. Avoid!

The worst possible app. I am revising my review now. SuperLemon has been purchased by GupShup and has become an orphaned child. No support. No one to respond to your questions. Got an API through SuperLemon and suffering still. No one in GupShup knows anything about SuperLemon. Horrible. Avoid at all cost. There are a million other providers that provide way better service than these blokes.

The lack of support is truly unbelievable. All I ask is that the close button on the chat widget be fixed. I have followed up 3 times without any response.

Deleted the APP. The request you are making to add registered on Google analytics from the widgets clicks that feature is not available right now This app used to work fine, now 2 weeks this ” We are facing issue in sending Automated messages for abandoned cart template messages.
