Very patient team, I have tons of questions but they answered it patiently. I would highly recommend this whatsapp app to anyone that wants to scale their cart abandonment rate. I have also compared a couple of other whatsapp services app, but this is the most cost-saving and effectiveness is there too. Kudos to the team!

Free plan is terrible. It has no interesting options. Only thing you can do is add the WhatsApp icon. No abandoned cart or automations available.

Rahul was available right there to resolve a quick issue. He just did it in a snap. Was not confident until I spoke to them but they were so helpful. Definitely a worthy app with good support. I personally liked their feature when your customers share the products to your WhatsApp support it comes along with the product url for which the customer needs help. It has converted a lot for us. Kuds to the team
