One of the best whatsapp apps within Shopify with good functionalities, customer service and pricing combination. Also new features such as inbox and broadcasting/marketing coming soon.

Best app I found for automating abandoned carts, order confirmation for COD, and sending fulfillment updates. The interface is super-intuitive and if you are just starting out, they also have the option to send updates to your customers manually which came in handy at first. Highly recommend this app! Support is also fast.
