Best app I found for automating abandoned carts, order confirmation for COD, and sending fulfillment updates. The interface is super-intuitive and if you are just starting out, they also have the option to send updates to your customers manually which came in handy at first. Highly recommend this app! Support is also fast.

After trying a number of options, I have finally found the right one. Easy to to set up. A few hours after setting it up and I am already recovering abandoned carts!
