Even for FREE PLAN this app has such GREAT SUPPORT ! They individually replied to me and solve my requirement in 1 hour. Really impressed !! Keep up the good work and support. Will surely try your Premium plan as well :)

I installed the App hoping to have WhatsApp in the store, it didn't work. I contacted support several times, but they never solved the problem. I am interested in the App, but working as it should.
As we checked earlier, it was working alright for us on all the browsers, Then when you gave us collaborator access to check on your store if something is conflicting or not, app was removed by you and waiting for you to reinstall it, so that we can check it. Reply us on [email protected] once you install the app again. Thanks.

Great service and great UX. Good customization options and they were quick to add in our whatsapp share button for us even though we have yet to sign up for a premium plan, which we actually do plan to do so

This is a really good program, we've been using it for a good couple of weeks now and it does what it promises. We are satisfied with the program and above all with its appearance. It looks really good on mobile and also on computer. The automatic Whatsapp API connection is a really good addition and it also works as promised. We got really good customer service to get the API connection working. Customer service was fast considering the different time zones. I hope the program will get updates in the future because it is a really good program.

quick support and setup easily with not much knowledge. went for the WA API and the team help get it setup with ease too. rates are good for smaller biz too

Very good and valid application. You can see the results from the first day of use. It allows you to recover a lot of abandoned carts. In addition, the customer care is fantastic.
