The Wholesale - All in One app team has been great about working with me on several app customizations to meet my unique business needs. I now have a wholesale app that works perfectly for my business while having no negative impact on the user experience for retail customers.

The app works great and the communication with the developers has been fluid. Would recommend this app.

I've been using WAIO appr for about a year now and as my site ebbs and flows, they have been excellent at keeping up with my changes and reintegrating their code whenever my teams screws it up! The product is intuitive and easy to administrate with minimum effort. I would absolutely recommend.

Very helpful and great app! One of the less apps which provides both tools for managing wholesale customers and accounts aswell as tools for managing wholesale discounts, orders etc. Easy and fast installation and the customer support reacts fast and very helpfully. Just a function for translating elements in the webshop is missing. I am nevertheless very happy about it.

This app is awesome value for money when you compare the features to other apps. From what I can see this is the best. I just changed my theme and the response to update the app to work on it was super quick!

I have been using this app for a few years now and the DigitalCoo support team have been real rockstars. I'm not going to lie, the set up was pretty rocky. It took months of back and forth for the app to function correctly on my site and because of that my first review was for only 2 stars. But since then this has been by far the best wholesale solution that I have found and they have been making a lot of helpful updates and new features along the way. I have a over 400 SKUs and over 300 clients with different pricing tiers all placing orders using the Quick Order Form with NET30 terms. Fantastic app!

Amazing customer service with this app. Everytime I have some trouble to fix, they are available to fix it for me. App run good too. The only wholesale app I found that is able to use multiple currency. Thanks guys, and a big thanks to Max for all the help provided.

We have a wholesale website in the UK, so only approved customers can sign in. We use the app to hide prices from public, launch a sign up form for new customers, set a minimum quantity ordered of each products and a net term payment for specific customers. What we needs are different from others. Digitalcoo can help with those added on options. The prices are affordable too. Digitalcoo can do all of the works we need but we have to be specific on every details. They response fast but can only be contacted by email. We never need anything urgent, so we are fine with the communication via email. We have been using the app for a year and very happy with it. Highly recommend.

We had a complicated need to have our wholesale catalog pricing hidden until a customer applied through a customizable form and was manually accepted by a member of our team. I was dreading trying to figure this out. Wholesale All in one SAVED THE DAY! The app has a built-in, customizable form feature, as well as the capability to keep our wholesale pricing hidden for those who are not logged in. The team of developers were quick to respond to my questions, and identified and fixed all issues we were experiencing - with detailed screenshots. I couldn't be happier with this team and this app! 10/10 recommend!

Max was incredibly helpful when it came to setting things up to work how needed for our store - even offering a replacement addon module free of charge when the one we decided to use did not work how I expected. Fantastic support and an easy to use app with great functionality.

Haven't tried other wholesale apps but this one is unbeatable. Best price with all essentials though some functions require additional payment (but it is really worth paying those one-time fees if you do the math.) Like they provide the volume pricing grid and by far, no one else has it (I couldn't find any grid from others' demo store or screenshot photos). Special thanks to Max as he provided prompt troubleshooting when I accidentally deleted some theme files that made the app and its add-ons stop working. The only concern is speed. The wholesale prices applied to variant options are not so responsive on front end. Will look for some speed optimization for my entire store.

Support is quick and responsive. An app works but has glitches from time to time. Recommended for small businesses, but not for bigger companies.

I have been using this app for quite a while now and I just love the way it works. It definitely helped increase my sales with my regular customers. Max is always available to help and answer your questions. He even helped me customize my volume tables to have them bilingual, and have the look and feel of my brand. He also helped with the wholesale setup. I like that I can also sell wholesale to specific customers as well all in the same app. It is super useful. Thanks!

I honestly have no idea how someone could give this app 5*. We have been using for a couple of months and we have had nothing but issues. The team it seems doesn't know how to code their app. We tried to launch two ranges with them to trade only ahead of launching to the public. It was a disaster from start to finish! The 'tags' did not work. Our retail customers ended up seeing the whole range two months ahead when we planned which ruined the launch we had worked so hard on. Our trade customers were seeing crazy unknown prices for things, the VAT add on (which is the reason we went with them) doesn't work, it miscalculates the product. As soon as we can we will be removing this app and good riddance!

The app has been great. Customer service is very responsive and even when some customization is needed they are very helpful and fast.

**Update** The team reached out to apologize for the delay due to some local holidays. They worked quickly and was able to resolve my request in 1 day. I do appreciate that....... The functionality of the app seemed to have been a good fit. Unfortunately the communication with support is not timely. I ended up removing the app because I had 2 open tickets with no response for over 10 days will multiple requests for updates gone unanswered.

Max & the WAIO team are awesome! Their support is fantastic. They have really gone the extra mile for us on numerous occasions, including our most recent wholesale dedicated website setup, where we use the pricing & order form integration. Keep up the great work WAIO team!
