Wholesale ‑ All in one

Max and his crew are awesome! This app integrates with many of my other apps and they work hard to make sure custom elements are working as they should. I highly recommend them and their app.

*Update* Customer service reached out and solved the situation. It functions as intended and is very useful. We've been using this app for some time now, and paid extra for the "log in to view prices" feature. This was beneficial to us as we serve both b2c and b2b, so having certain prices hidden for the general public that only b2b customers can access is very important. The challenge with this app is that it is now malfunctioning, and at the cart stage is forcing ALL clients to "log in to view price" regardless of the product or if they are b2c of b2b. This is causing a 100% bounce rate on our b2c marketing campaigns and thousands of dollars. I'm only writing this review because of a lack of customer service. It's been 3 days with no response, and every day it's costing us a significant amount of money. Otherwise the app functions as advertised, but this lack of customer service is very concerning as I'm forced with no other option but to uninstall if even this public review gets no response. Approach with extreme caution.

We checked out a handful of different wholesale/discount apps, and Wholesale All in One was by far the most comprehensive and also one of the easiest to set up! Max and his team handle the initial installation, guaranteeing that you site and theme function perfectly with this app. Whenever have we encountered a minor issue, it has been fixed almost immediately. This app is well supported with friendly and capable staff. It's also affordably priced especially considering all of the features that are available. We strongly recommend this app if you are looking for a wholesale/discount solution.

I've been on Shopify for 1.5 years now and have never left a review for an app until now. I was having a hard time creating a wholesale store. The team for this app launched everything for me (took a few days but worth the wait) and the app has everything I need. VERY impressed!

Update to my app: Asad has been in contact with me. and while i've had many issues/bugs he's been very patient in hearing my concerns and going above and beyond to fix them. The app is good in theory. But the wholesale prices don't actually carry to the cart consistently. Support is via email only so if you're running a flash sale and you're in the US don't expect an answer until the next day... after your sale is over... I switched from another app to get volume pricing and MOQ requirements but those also work sporadically. They also will conflict if you use a variant app that adds on a price. This app will override and any add on prices, just fyi.

They are very enthusiastic. Will help me install. Will answer all my questions. The app runs very stably. It is helpful to my business!

The developers are always extremely helpful making the website easier to use. If I have an idea, they're eager to take on the task.

As a wholesale only business, we needed to find a way to enable our business to operate online, wholesale only. It was difficult - until we found this app from Digitalcoo. Since starting with WAIO in April, we have had many optimisation conversations, additional features and even theme changes. All with the support of the Digitalcoo team. We even have asked about features we cant find elsewhere, or even from Ëxperts" on Shopify Community, but Max and his team made it all work. We use WAIO, with Net Terms & Manage Lock with some extra little additions we asked for non-standard. Thanks Digitalcoo team... We cant operate without you! We have been using DigitalCoo on our website for 3+yrs.

This is the best app for a wholesaler, we have many items and many price ranges, this app provide the functions that all we need, much appreaciated!! they always provide the good service and prompt response. I have some suggestions / ideas, which I already told Max to add these two functions. add an option to search the rule and show more rules per page. It will be more convenient to us and other sellers who need it. thanks!

So this is literally the only app that I have found that combines offering discounts to users that have not logged in and also the ability to configure special prices for individual customers. Every other app said this was not possible! Anyway very pleased with the app so far and as far as support goes they have been excellent in making sure the app works with our shop. Great work Max and team, keep it up

I wanted an app to combine the offer of trade prices to be seen only by tagged users, Volume discounts to be seen by all users (not logged in) and also the ability to offer trade payment (net) terms to tagged customers. I spent ages looking around and had a number of false starts. Every app I found said they could not combine the Volume discounts for all users with trade prices for tagged users. Well "Wholesale -All in one" does it all!. Not only that, but as with most apps there are always teething problems. Any issues we have raised with the support team so far have been handled quickly and very competently. Its early days but so far I would give this app and the support 5 stars.

Amazing App!! If you want to do a retail and wholesale site all in one, look no further. This app has saved us so much time and has created additional income. Customers (retail or wholesale) want convienent ordering and this does just that. Download it you will not be disappointed I do strongly suggest paying them to do the add-ons it is so worth it. Customer support has been great too, they have been so patient with me.

Ever since Shopify updated their interface, the performance and reliability of the app have significantly deteriorated. We've encountered consistent issues during checkout, which have not only impacted our sales but have also eroded our customers' trust. While a 'temporary fix' was introduced, it remains flawed: wholesale customers experience erratic price changes if they navigate out of and then back to the checkout. Despite our numerous communications with both Shopify and the app developers, a permanent solution hasn't been provided. We appreciate the time during which the app served our needs, but I must express my diminished confidence in its current state.

Like the 'Quick Order Form' function so much. Had a great customer experience whereby our issue could be solved quickly and meet our needs.

So far, so good! We made the switch away from Wholesale Hero when their app was deprecated. Wholesale AIO has all of the same options (plus shipping), and their support team was very responsive and helpful. Recommend!

This app is perfect to offer wholesale pricing to your B2B customers directly on your Shopify store. There is no need to have a seperate store anymore. B2B customers can log in to get their rebates based on collections and their own shipping rules. DigitalCoo team installed the app on our theme within 2 or 3 days and B2B customers can now see their rebates on the home page, collection page and product page. They have a couple of addons if your B2B strategy is more complex (price list import, product lock, etc) We don't need those at the moment, but it's very interesting to know it's available.

This wholesale app is easy to use and has streamlined our wholesale business. It has all the features we needed!

I am so impressed with the service. First I thought this feels like it is taking for ever, but actually just a few days, but then everything was set up on my website. I just had to create my own discounts and it appeared on my store front. I had an issue with navigation while app was downloaded but it was resolved immediately The email that is sent afterward the set up is done is easy to understand and makes it clear what needs to be done before going live. For someone like me that is not tech savvy, it was so easy. Highly recommended.
