using this app over 1 year. Love it and makes it easy for my wholesale customers to see WS prices. Also great to organize my ws vs retail customers . Support is very good and responsive by developers

We got this app to make our different wholesale pricing tiers work more efficiently and have volume discounts apply automatically. We were previously using Bold's Pricing app but it didn't work with Facebook or Instagram so we cou'dn't sell there without seeing wonky prices which was something we really wanted to be able to do. Wholesale Club works smoothly with all socials. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning bc of our Shopify theme but they were able to help us out. Just be aware that before you publish your shop with the app, make sure everything is working bc their support takes about 24 hours to get back to you. Their customer service was great though and we highly recommend this app for all of your wholesale pricing needs!

Very good app, works great with POS and draft orders too. Also allow me to do separate discount based on the product, very usable when using different wholesale discounts.

This app has been awesome to allow my wholesale customers to check out with NET30 payments and shop around a different store than my D2C customers. I use this app with most of its add ons to create a shop completely personalized to my wholesale buyers. I recommend using this app with the Locksmith app as well so that you can hide wholesale products from D2C and hide online products from Wholesale buyers. Great app and awesome support when you want customized code so that it looks a specific way! We had them hide the normal checkout button from wholesale customers so that all orders are created as a draft order in Shopify. HIGHLY recommend!

Super support! The Wholesale club support is absolutely amazing. We had some issues with the setup and incorporating the app in the theme but Paige has bent over backwards to make sure all would be working properly. Really appreciate the support and quick response times. We called on her a lot and she was always happy to help! The app is really good to give customers personal automatic discounts as Shopify itself does not have the proper tools for this. The app also lets you choose if customers can use discount codes in combination with their personal discount which was important to us. The only minus: it does not work well with some other apps like product filter and you have to switch the checkout settings to basic. For that it should be a little under the five star rating but the support was so good I could not give anything else but 5.

App doesn't work with my theme, despite it being listed. I sent multiple emails and didn't get a response from support. Waste of time.

We needed a solution for wholesale pricing on POS Channel, and this Wholesale Club can do very nicely and well integrated. I'm only giving it 4 stars as we originaly wanted to use it for our Online Shop as well, but it does not work with our theme. So we ended with another solution for that part.

This app is extremely unreliable and a complete pain, we would not recommend it to anyone serious in wanting to offer wholesale pricing. Everything we do something with prices it causes problems, it basically constantly fails to provide customers with discounted pricing, which is the whole point of the app, leading to frustration for both our customers and us. We will be looking to either open a separate store to avoid apps or see if we can justify shopify plus instead for a native solution. *update* Received an email advising this is likely isolated to my store but the same issues have gone on for months, i have also been told that a support ticket is opened to reach out to me but i have received no contact, only the reply to this feedback sent from the app store.

Have been using this app for 3+ years. This app does exactly what we needed. There was a glitch on the cart page after I did a bulk update on custom prices. Rob was able to look into the issue and solve it in one day. Great customer service and technical support!

We were looking for a way to combine our wholesale and retail websites, and we found it! Wholesale Club let's us do almost everything we want to do, offering our wholesale customers specific costs, and then offering specific customers specific discount tiers. We can also accept Net 30 orders. The service has been great, the price is reasonable, and I'm happy with the end result.

Really disapointed. I am trying to have help since week and still no answers and I m paying the monthly fee meanwhile while the app is not active. I've been asking maybe 10 times to set up on my new theme and nothing... Hope they will answer me, now I am writing here !!
