I use this app to help me add custom prices. I was having an issue with some prices not syncing to our web pages, so Kay was able to bring this matter to the technically team quickly and the issue was resolved swiftly also. I found them very helpful.

I downloaded this app to make my customers wholesaling experience with my company a lot faster and easier. It has done exactly that and was very easy to set up! Their staff is incredibly helpful and very quick to reply and was very understanding of all my questions and needs. Would recommend for basic wholesaling options.

THE BEST SUPPORT TEAM WE'VE EXPERIENCED YET! We initially had some issues with getting the Wholesale Club app to work, but found out that this was due to some old apps we had uninstalled. Through the fantastic support team at Pixel Union they identified some code leftover from several apps that we had previously uninstalled which were interfering with their functionality. Their team not only identified the cause of the problem, but when the support teams from these other applications did not respond to help remove their leftover code, the Pixel Union team helped us to remove the code and get the application functioning! We were SO impressed. Thank you to the Pixel Union support staff for providing us with such excellent service. We're very happy with your support and look forward to growing our wholesale business with your amazing application!

Do not use this app or buy any add-ons. (1) They would calculate all "log-in" members as "wholesalers", and no way to resolve this. (2) Your discount inbox will disappear because this app would create "draft orders" for the "log-in" members. This has given me the energy to come to hear and say thank you for wasting our money.

We've used this on a few client websites over the years to achieve the Wholesale functionality we need. The support team is ready to help and make this app work for you without the headache of understanding everything behind the scenes in Shopify that makes this work. It's easy!

Excellent app and extremely helpful staff!! We needed some way of offering discounted prices to specific tiers of customers, and this does the job. Highly recommend.

I have been very impressed with the quality of all Pixel Union apps - specifically the Wholesale Club app. It has met a great need of ours to eliminate the need to set up a separate wholesale site. We've set up several pricing tiers depending on the product groups and level of wholesale customer. We needed to add the Custom Prices module but it enabled us to do exactly what we need seamlessly with our existing site. I've received prompt help and resolution from Rob and team at Pixel Union whenever needed. They follow through on feedback received to help ensure my store and my customers experience is excellent. I would recommend this app, along with their suite of apps to help bring your ecommerce site to the next level.. Thank you again!!

We installed this app in a test shop to try it out, and after being happy with how it works we are now busy installing it into our live shop. But you need a lof of patience with this app because support is really slow and a lot of times they don't read your question properly. This means that most questions sent to support will take a couple of days to get a proper answer, mostly because it has to go back and forth a couple of times. Plus for some reason you need support to get the app up and running for the first time, so installing this app will take a couple of days. This is really frustrating and time consuming, so make sure you have the time and patience if you want to use this app.

what a great service... we had already Wholesale Club installed and were looking at a solution to create Purchase Orders for our customers. In emailing with the PixelUnion support team we realized that the NetTerm addition could be easily adjusted to allow us to create draft orders and create a great experience for our wholesale customers. Rob was very helpful and even did some minor coding work to make it fully customizable. NetTerms is much more flexible than just for net terms because it creates draft orders on behalf of your customer which you can review and edit before sending out to your customers to review. think of it as they are submitting a purchase order (which creates a draft order) and then you send them them a sales order (you sending them the draft order). Again another great experience with PixelUnion...

This app works as advertised and made adding customer pricing groups very simple. The real standout was the customer service provided by Pixel Union. Initial installation was complicated by a previously installed app and Pixel Union was very responsive and helped get everything fixed as quickly as they could. The one area for improvement I see is the integration with Shopify POS. The discount is not automatically applied and it can take some time for it to process the prices for each customer group. It does work though and it's the only app offering such a option at all. I would highly recommend Wholesale Club to anyone looking to add custom pricing to their website.

By far the most elegant solution to Wholesale Pricing we've found in Shopify. The team are very helpful, patient and do their best to answer quickly and constructively. Great experience.

I added this app last week. I've been trying to get someone to return my email from 4 days ago. There has been no response. At this point...which is...I spent a lot of money and literally no one is responding to me for the last 4 days....I wish I could give it zero stars.

I am a long-term user (2 years) of this app -- from before the PIXEL UNION acquisition. Recently I experienced a broken checkout process for NET30 customers.I had not changed anything in the operation of my store, added apps, or changed themes. I contacted support and they verified that the app was broken. And then…I waited…and waited…and waited…and emailed…and emailed…and emailed… After waiting five days without resolution, I deleted the app. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and non-responsive. If you want to lose sales, install this.

i've had glitchy issues with this app since i installed it . Should have changed ages ago.. latest problem is that when i changed my theme it stopped working... Customers couldn't check out. And after contacting support .. they tole me they needed to adjust it to work with the new theme... Fair enough.. They did the . work and advised all was well. I relaunched with my customers but didn't work properly. This time I was advised that it was a conflict with another app. I deleted the other app.. and still not working.... Wholesale Cub now advise that its a result of left over code.. Checked that with developer.. no left over code... Advised Wholesale Club again... now I wait... No wholesale facility now for over 2 weeks.. busiest time of year :( Winning!!

Good alternative to Shopify's official Wholesale Channel, which is unfortuantely locked behind an expensive Plus subscription. Support was very helpful when it came to adjusting the extension for a few niche use cases.

I've worked with Patrick and Paige on the installation of their app on our store and also fixing some issues that popped up in the code unrelated to Wholesale Club/Pixel Union. They resolved the issue in a timely manner and were very communicative the whole time while also being patient with any add on features or requests we made along the way. I highly recommend them so far, we wouldn't be able to operate as a wholesaler if it wasn't for this awesome app and developers!

This app helps me to manage pricing discount structure for various customer types. It does the job pretty well. Especially it is good to know that someone is there to help you Emily and Patrick were very helpful and prompt to respond. I would recommend this app for sure.
