Great app! Super easy integration to include a B2B option on our website for wholesalers. Plenty of options to configure it to ensure it works well for your business, and set-up was super easy. Had a couple of questions along the way and customer support was incredibly quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend this app to e-commerce brands looking for a B2B integration for their online store.

I implemented the Wholesale Club app a few months ago, and I must say, my experience has been incredibly smooth. While setting up the app, I did encounter a few initial challenges, but the team behind it was exceptional - patient and always ready to help. (shoutout to Paige and Jack!) They addressed all my questions with grace and even provided clever workarounds to suit my specific business needs. Managing special pricing can be quite complex, but this app has truly simplified the process for me. It has become an invaluable tool, making it effortless to train my staff on onboarding new customers with special prices. Moreover, I am delighted that the app doesn't slow down my website, as I've had nightmares when I was previously working with WooCommerce. The Wholesale Club app is a straightforward yet powerful solution that has saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on other alternatives. I am thrilled to have discovered such a reliable and budget-friendly solution. It has made it easy for me to switch my wholesale customers to be able to purchase online instead of having to manually process POs and deal with countless errors in data entry. I highly recommend it!

Thought we had some problems with the Wholesale Club app, their support is fast and efficient (thanks Alex and Emily) and helped us find out the actual cause (which was a Shopify update to the Markets settings). Do be aware that Shopify's in-built multi-currency stuff is not supported, so all your markets need to have the same default currency if you're selling to multiple countries. We use a separate 3rd party app called BEST Currency to display converted currencies to international customers, that does seem to mostly cooperate with Wholesale Club.

The team is very responsive and happy to help with any issues with installation. The process itself took very little time and the functionality is just right. We actually use the app in conjunction to membership apps to offer custom pricing.

This app delivers as hoped - but a specific shout out to the live chat (Alex) who patiently walked thru the tagging process, how the app interacts with shopify, etc. Having an app that has a ton of functionality AND people to explain how to take full advantage is very much appreciated.

The orbit developers/support team has been crucial to our new site launch and setup! We have been so grateful for Kay and Alex’s help via email and chat. We received fast, thorough, and thoughtful replies + real solutions! I felt very reassured knowing I had a direct line as we prepped for a new site theme launch. Kay has also been super helpful in recommending other shopify apps to coordinate with our current suite to best meet our needs and just in making general shopify/ecommerce recommendations/sharing insights based on her experience. I felt confident in her expertise and So reassured! I have been impressed with the simplicity of this app and backend setup, I now utilize them as a metric of comparison when looking for new apps for our store. I've only just installed the app and have started creating the custom pricing and product visibility rules - but so far I'm loving it. The reason I'm giving it 5 stars already, is because I've had many questions during the install and setup process, and the customer support (Alex) has been instant and absolutely fantastic. This is always a crapshoot when you have 3rd party apps installed on your store, and it's so good to see this level of service right out of the gate. I will update my review once our theme has gone live and we see how it has improved our functionality.

A great intro to B2B selling without paying a small fortune for the Shopify wholesale tier. Very easy to set discount groups and levels. Works flawlessly. Support is superior. One support issue was dealt with fast and professionally, even including screenshots of where to go and what to do to correct the issue. (Thank you Jack!) ...and a follow up email to ensure everything was good. After looking at other wholesale apps I can tell you... this is the right one!
