Wholesale Club has been crucial to our business! We have a variety of customers ordering from the same website (distributor, wholesale, retail, corporate etc.) all of which require unique discounts, terms and minimum orders. Wholesale Club has been fantastic for helping us with support, set up as well as introducing new features that improve the way we can sell to the wide variety of our customers. Overall: great support and assistance. App easy to set up and use.

I find it somewhat challenging to find good third-party apps that align with my business strategy and offer the necessary functionality. However, the team at Orbit has made this process much easier. They quickly understand any issues I encounter and find workarounds to address my immediate concerns. Great partner to have!

It has taken some doing to get everything working properly, but Paige from Orbit help has been very helpful in shepherding coding fixes through the process. Hoping to launch tomorrow! We especially like the ability to use Wholesale Club on POS.

Great app. We have downgraded from Shopify Plus, and our primary concern was how we would process wholesale orders. B2B Wholesale club has perfectly sorted this—also, huge thanks to Kay at the support desk and her speedy response time.

I have had a fantastic experience with the support for this app. We had a checkout button coded into the store by a developer, who then was unable to help when we needed it removed 12 months later. Kay from Orbit found the code for the button and removed it for us within 24 hours of reaching out! Super fast service, very clear communication and no additional charge.

App does exactly what we need and for significantly cheaper than wholesale with Shopify Plus. Their customer service is excellent - they are quick to respond and ready to help making customisations to suit our needs (thanks Jack!)

Emily and Jack were amazing! I used the paid support service so I could streamline the setup and it’s worth it. Very responsive and makes sense to me to get those one on ones and bio issues in the butt from the start. Also very thorough with screen recordings and screen shots. Hoping we set it all up great and will find out soon enough as I trial the full wholesale club workflow! Thank you and your team!

Has great potential, maps the separate price structures great and offers further great features that are just as simple and effective. Unfortunately, you need help so that the theme is not "broken" when going live, but no one responds after multiple letters. I hope that this way someone is to reach...

I cannot install this app on my theme. Customer support is slow. No chat is available. I tried to reach out by e-mail but the answer is not coming. I wasted an entire day trying to install this app.

It took a lot of time to work around the app to get it to work. I'm still testing so I can't say yet. But this review, I give 5 star for the great customer service by Kay! Kay has been super helpful and answered all of my questions very promptly. I always see people review about these things but this is the first time I ever connected with such an amazing CS. I dropped 1 star because it's pretty difficult to set up the thing and testing took a lot of effort.. I'll be back to revise the review if the app itself fails me. :X

This app has always worked really well for us. We just changed themes and had some issues with the code. Their customer service teams and developers hopped right on it and had it fixed within the day.

I unfortunately couldn't get B2B Wholesale Club to play nicely with other App integrations on my shopify store. So, was forced to uninstall it after about $2,000.00 and many hours of time trying to troubleshoot a successful implementation of the tool. I'm going to have to find another B2B solution. I do believe B2B Wholesale Club would be fine on its own without other Apps that effect product discounts. In my opinion, it is probably a good decision to install this App ONLY if you do not plan to install or affect discounted pricing for D2C e-comm purchases.

浏览器直接卡死了，点任何菜单或地方都直接无反应。正在寻求帮助，但不知道该怎么解决，看着功能挺好的，我也非常想使用，可是安装之后仅仅只是加了一个discount，在想试用其他功能就完全点不动了，而且我尝试了很多次都是如此。
