This app delivers as hoped - but a specific shout out to the live chat (Alex) who patiently walked thru the tagging process, how the app interacts with shopify, etc. Having an app that has a ton of functionality AND people to explain how to take full advantage is very much appreciated.

So happy with this app. I love that you can set custom prices rather than doing a percentage. The support is phenomenal! Seriously the best app support I have ever encountered.

The orbit developers/support team has been crucial to our new site launch and setup! We have been so grateful for Kay and Alex’s help via email and chat. We received fast, thorough, and thoughtful replies + real solutions! I felt very reassured knowing I had a direct line as we prepped for a new site theme launch. Kay has also been super helpful in recommending other shopify apps to coordinate with our current suite to best meet our needs and just in making general shopify/ecommerce recommendations/sharing insights based on her experience. I felt confident in her expertise and So reassured! I have been impressed with the simplicity of this app and backend setup, I now utilize them as a metric of comparison when looking for new apps for our store. Looking forward to continuing to learn and to try out Wholesale Club’s recommended integrations. Thank you !

I've only just installed the app and have started creating the custom pricing and product visibility rules - but so far I'm loving it. The reason I'm giving it 5 stars already, is because I've had many questions during the install and setup process, and the customer support (Alex) has been instant and absolutely fantastic. This is always a crapshoot when you have 3rd party apps installed on your store, and it's so good to see this level of service right out of the gate. I will update my review once our theme has gone live and we see how it has improved our functionality.

A great intro to B2B selling without paying a small fortune for the Shopify wholesale tier. Very easy to set discount groups and levels. Works flawlessly. Support is superior. One support issue was dealt with fast and professionally, even including screenshots of where to go and what to do to correct the issue. (Thank you Jack!) ...and a follow up email to ensure everything was good. After looking at other wholesale apps I can tell you... this is the right one!

The customer support was extremely helpful. I needed to accomplish something that was not natively available in Shopify and the USO app allowed me to do so.

Been using the app for about a year. Not a fan of email only support, but since the instant chat was introduced the customer has been great! FYI B2B a great addition would be if the discounted prices applied automatically when placing orders on the admin side. but I'm loving the app overall

This app is TERRIBLE - $69.00 a month and nothing works, no one responds to you, absolute WORST app and WORST customer service Ive encountered on Shopify Apps store - FIND another app, avoid this one I got all the messages, all the emails they did not go to spam, - was just cut and paste of links, never responded to my queries, was so frustrating. Glad Ive deleted this app and will find one that actually works

I was trying to add a functionality to my store and Kay helped me tremendously. In fact, she ended up completely setting it up for me. She made it so easy. This app has been just what I needed for my wholesale store. I would highly recommend this app and the support is incredible and prompt.

I have tried several other wholesale solutions and the features that are included with this app, including the incredible customer service, make B2B Wholesale Club stand out from the crowd.
