Awesome app, Does pretty much everything I needed to offer wholesale to my customers. Support is crazy fast, Thanks Clementine! Never had any issues except when another app changed my theme. Sent support an email and it was fixed within 15 minutes, and that was on a Sunday. I have tried a number of wholesale apps and this was by far the easiest to set up and use. Was up and running in under an hour.

We just started using Wholesale Gorilla at konzuk.com. We were very impressed by their sales support (Thanks Clementine!) answered the 100's of questions we had regarding functionality. Their tech support (thanks Zach!) exceeded our expectations finessing the interfacing to match our brand. We have already enjoyed successful wholesale orders using the platform—noting its ease of use and simplicity. We definitely recommend this application.

We added this app to our shopify to manage our wholesale accounts without having to pay Shopify themselves over 2 grand a month to basically do the same exact thing. This App has been AWESOME! It does everything we need and more! It was a little bumpy getting everything set up, but it's the same as everything else, as we are not computer nerds. We are just a small business expanding into online ordering :) The customer service has been amazing, they are so helpful and walked us through every step of the way! I HIGHLY recommend Wholesale Gorilla if you are needing to maintain wholesale clients and have the ability to let them place orders online. It's streamlined and easy to work for the customer as well. P.S. This app does not interfere with the retail side of your online shop, it just adds a whole new side for wholesale customers and neither can see the other side. Wholesale is only available to wholesale, and retail is only available to retail. Hope this helps! Get this app!!!! Update: It has now been 6 years using wholesale Gorilla, and it is by far the best backend wholesale platform to date! We have kept them for so long because it works, every, single time. Customer service is amazing and our wholesale customers don't ever have any issues which says a LOT all by itself! 10/10 recommend!

Love the app! it does everything it says it will and the quick order form is perfect for our customers purchasing multiple tint colors as it saves customers having to add to cart on each item then shop again! so we love this. Also the set up of the discounts/pricing was really quick and we find it easy to maintain or update. The customer support is always amazing, helpful, super friendly and i have a response the next morning when i come to work :)

I have been incredibly happy with Wholesale Gorilla. I had previously been working on figuring out how to make 4 or 5 different apps all work together to get my wholesale section to work, but once I found wholesale gorilla, it's really an all in one package. It works just as advertised, the quick order form is super sleek and useful, and the customer support has been amazing. They are very responsive, and do a great job at customizing the app to fit with your store's theme.

Update from 01/13/2021 - great app, great support - glad we decided to go with that app. 5 stars for both product & support experience - thanks!! Update from 12/08/2020 - again a great support experience. I contacted them again (via email this time) and received a complete & competent answer again. Great support experience again & great product, too. We are still evaluating & testing this app, but so far - it does everything we want/need. The primary reason for giving 5 stars at this stage - is their great & outstanding customer service. We have installed many other apps and I had numerous support chats with other apps & support centers. I have to say - the Gorilla support goes the extra mile. They were very responsive and I have no doubt they will resolve all the questions or issues I have (very few actually). If - after we have completed our integration & feature/functionality testing we come to a different conclusion - I will write another review - otherwise I will confirm the Stella experience, which we had so far with the Gorilla app and especially their customer service!! 5-Stars!!

easy to install, friendly and good human support. If you need simplicity at it's best, this is the app for you. If you need multi-level wholesaler level, and complex logic discount setting, this is not for you. I LOVE THIS APP and use this app on my customers' site If you need wholesale SIMPLIFY, then this is the one.
