We've use Wholesale Gorilla for several years, and are fully satisfied with the app and the team behind it. The app works as claimed, is easy to use, and the few times we've had to contact the developer, the responses have been timely and the issues always are resolved. We have no reason to even look at a competitor. Thanks Wholesale Gorilla!

We had been using Wholesale Gorilla for 3 years, and recently decided to come back—and we’re so happy we did! Everything feels more polished, easier to use, and just super straightforward.The improvements they’ve made really make managing wholesale simple. Huge shoutout to Clementine, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole re-onboarding process. She made everything super smooth and was always quick to answer our questions (and we had a lot!). Having that kind of personal support made all the difference.

Great support and great app. We considered creating a separate shopify site for wholesale, but WholeSale Gorilla allows us to run everything from our main store without that extra cost and complexity. The features are just what we need to accommodate our wholesale partners with a good solution for online ordering and terms when needed. Thanks for the great support for your app!

I'll be honest, when we first approached the idea of using Wholesale Gorilla, we were a bit shook by the price tag. That's a chunk of change for a small business that is just breaking into the wholesale world, however let me tell you what. While the functionality of the app is excellent, the customer service is where it's at. We recently had an issue where we updated our theme and for the life of us couldn't figure out why the application sheet on our site wasn't working. Not only did they respond quickly and with a tone that truly felt helpful, they collaborated with our shopify store, went through the code and found that we had missed an extra /head in our code. When you own a business, you have to wear all the hats, and as much as I try to understand the coding side to handle little stuff, there are some many other things I need to do with our business. Knowing that I can reach out and they are knowledgable and eager to help is a life saver. If you are looking to get into wholesale and don't want to lose AT LEAST this much a month to Faire, wholesale gorilla is your choice. Thanks y'all!

We’ve been using Wholesale Gorilla for a while now, and it’s been a great addition to our Shopify store. It makes it super easy to connect directly with our wholesale accounts without jumping through hoops or paying Shopify’s premium wholesale costs. Setup was straightforward, and it just works. One of the best parts? Their support team is actually helpful and responds quickly when you need them. That alone makes a big difference.

We've been using Wholesale Gorilla for a while now and have had absolutely no problems at all and we find it easy. Because we're growing we decided to upgrade to their premium plan as the extra features made sense for us. Our customer support representative Clementine has been super helpful and got things updated for us straight away. We love Wholesale Gorilla!

We have been using Wholesale Gorilla for 8+ months now and it does everything we need it to and more! We tried some other solutions first, but ended up deciding on Wholesale Gorilla due to the ease of setup and the quality of their support team! We had our first minor issue yesterday right before Black Friday weekend, and their support team developed a solution and had it up and running again in less than 12 hours! Working through the night to fix before the weekend! Talk about great customer support!
