Changing my original review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Wholesale Gorilla cares about its customers especially the ones where things go wrong which happened on my side. Without going into detail they made sure they reached out including the COO. I would like to thank Sam & Ken for reaching out and showing what the app means to them and how in the future we can work together with my ideal solution. Great work Wholesale Gorilla and keep up the customer excellence.

Wholesale Gorilla is beyond a 5 Star app. The customer service is absolutely incredible. Anytime I have an issue with my wholesale store front - minor or large - their support team is so quick to email back, fix the issue, test my site, & let me know when it’s complete. As a small business owner, it is worrisome when you run into technological issues that prevent buyers from being able to access the website. When you choose Wholesale Gorilla, you are getting fast & reliable customer service. Not to mention, it is super user friendly & easy to customize your discounts & wholesale storefront. Thank you Wholesale Gorilla for creating such a user-friendly platform for small business owners.

J'aime tellement cette application! J'ai travaillé avec une autre pour le wholesale pendant des années et j'arrivais toujours avec des problématiques. Avec Gorilla c'est tellement simple et sans procblème. Même mes clients me disent que c'est plus simple. J'adore l'application!

Many apps claim to have good support but mostly you end up in a never ending loop which does not solve the problem. I have tried all wholesale apps (installed/uninstalled at least 12) Wholesale Gorilla helped my website get up and running in less than 5 days. The service is absolutely brilliant - pragmatic en efficient. Kudos to Serhii en Clementine!

We love Wholesale Gorilla! It's easy to use and we now have a lot of great accounts that just order right from our website. We offer drop shipping so it's really easy for our galleries/shops to take orders for prints and place the order on our site, they've already been paid by the customer and when they place an order on our site, we've been paid. No invoicing. Then our printer/framer ships directly to the customer. I don't even touch my prints anymore and it's been a game changer. - Erik Abel / abelarts.com

Our two stores have been with WSG for a few years now, and our experience has been excellent. The system works very well, and anytime there is an issue, the WSG team jumps on it and takes care of it. Great app, and great people behind it!

I love this app. Tore my hair out researching wholesale options for a couple years, waffled back and forth with Faire, finally found Wholesale Gorilla and haven't looked back. Was there a learning curve? Yes. Were there some glitches and customization needed and support tickets sent? Yes. And the team is amazing, they are responsive and clear and helpful and what's best, human. They are lovely and personable and never annoyed by my nervous time sensitive small-biz-owner-distracted queries. Bottom line, the app works exactly as I need and gives me total control over growing the wholesale side of my business. And it's part of my shopify site so there's one single inventory to manage which is huge. Are you debating? Go for it. Even if you don't figure it out all at once, the team will be there to help.

Easily and perfectly does exactly what I need it to do for our Dealer Accounts! Easy to operate with little knowledge of Shopify. When I needed help after a theme update, I chatted with Clementine on the Live Chat option and my coding was manually updated by the team at Wholesale Gorilla within an hour! Very impressed with the customer service and app.

Wholesale Gorilla is a perfect app! We need to keep wholesale products separate from retail and control who has access, and WG does just that. It integrates with Shopify flawlessly and we can use the Collection feature to organize products for wholesale ordering. We currently have orders set as drafts, meaning we get to review and approve or edit orders before fulfilling them or collecting money. The wholesale customer order form is clean and simple, and provides space to add custom messages (which comes in handy when we have seasonal increases in orders and longer wait times). We have been using WG for a few years now and the very rare hiccup (likely caused by Shopify's random updates to code) gets fixed right away by a real person on the team.

This app has been a game changer for us. It enables us to sell Direct to Consumer, Direct to Retailers, Direct to Distributors etc... all with one web-site and this simple and intuitive pricing app. We love it.

I absolutely love this app. Its flexibility makes it fantastic to cater to your business needs. Everything I was trying to accomplish on my wholesale page was possible with Wholesale Gorilla. The support team and customer service is impeccable and they really strive to help you. I feel it is at the core of their business model. I have spoken to Clementine multiple times and she's not annoyed with me yet :) I am not very savvy with Shopify... I felt the set up was very easy and when I got stuck, help was very easy/quick to get. I think I waited 30 seconds or less each time. Thanks for all the help and support. I highly recommend this app!
