Absolutely awful customer service. I've sent in several help tickets because the app keeps throwing the exact same message at me: 'Install error. There’s been an issue with your install. Our support team is having a look, and we’ll be in touch via email ASAP.' What a joke. Nobody has reached out, and there's zero option for live chat. It's been days since my first request, and I can clearly see on the admin panel that they haven't even opened my tickets yet. Completely unacceptable!

Hi, we do have live chat, available Mon - Fri from 10am to 5pm EST. We are based in Canada. We have responded to your messages and have had a few conversations over the past month with you! I'm not sure why your admin panel is showing that we haven't opened your tickets but I've sent you a few messages today checking in on that. Great work! Can not recommend the app and the team enough. We asked for a little support in migrating the app over to a new theme. Rob was on hand through the entire process, going above and beyond to ensure the installation was successful. Thanks again!
