I had a small issue with the app and their help team (in particular Rob) was excellent in researching the issue and finding the solution. He went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected. Couldn't be happier.

I am only new to this app however so far the support team have been outstanding in getting me up and running Thanks guys I really appreciate the help :D

We have been using B2B Wholesale Hub for years now. It is always stable, provides flexibility, and has great tech support. I recommend that app if you want to offer a B2B option on your site.

This app helps us sort out B2B sales in an efficient way. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but pretty close. Helpful customer service from Orbit and easy to install.

If we could give more then 5 stars we absolutely would! Working with B2B and Orbit was an amazing experience! Our process of changing from Squarespace to Shopify was a challenging one and creating exclusive rules / options for our wholesale buyers was made so easy by the staff. We spoke with several members over the course of the process and everyone was able to pickup right where the previous member left off. This allowed for no down days in between our endless questions and need of support. Again we cannot rave enough about this company and most importantly their employees. Kay, Jack, & Rob were amazing!

Kay was so helpful! She went above and beyond in helping us solve a coding issue by giving us clear instructions on how to go about resolving the problem.

App does what is required... giving us the ability to provide trade and discount pricing. We had a couple of issue upload .csv file with trade pricing but the customer service was super quick at advising us how to do this

Alex was extremely helpful. He communicated very clearly and fixed my problem without having to change much of my code. Minimal changes keeps all my old code working well, but the glitch he fixed, he fixed quickly and then was very patient with me as I tested different browsers and situations to make sure everything was still running smoothly.

I shopped around for a while before choosing the app we wanted to use for B2B. This app covers all areas that we needed and is easy to set up. The response time to my many questions has been very fast. Thank you Kay for all the help. Even being in Australia the response time was quick. I feel confident in sharing the B2B access with our wholesale customers now. I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to sell wholesale without needing expensive software or Shopify Plus.
