Wholesale Pricing Discount is an excellent app, straightforward, intuitive, and refreshingly not overcomplicated (and we tested many of the top options available). Depending on how you choose to set it up (we decided to layer B2B pricing over our existing B2C website), we ended up with a solid solution that’s easy to manage and quick to update. It loads fast, doesn’t slow down the cart, and avoids the “twitchy” behavior you sometimes get with other apps as they switch between screens. .....Because it overlays neatly onto your current store setup, it feels seamless for the customer, while still giving you a clean, well-designed interface to manage wholesale pricing, terms, and conditions. A dedicated B2B portal and quick-order form is available if that’s your preference, but for us, the full website experience is the better fit. Our retail partners are boutique stores, and we want them to browse and experience the products exactly as an end customer would.

Everything I have been told by their sales team about features and functionality is true! I'm using Shopify website to sell to both retail and wholesale customers (wholesale prices can only be seen by approved wholesale customers). After 4 months of using "Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B, Order Form, Wholesale Lock", I am still able to reach customer service and get help quickly. Many times it seems someone is just waiting for me to reach out through Chat. Today I asked for a how to video to use the "Wholesale Order Form" customer service made a quick how to video and sent it to me in chat. Perfect - Thank you.

This app is great. Used it to create an entire wholesale section to our website. They also implemented a few simple custom buttons for us and it was much appreciated.

I have a BtoB store, they are always here to help, this is the most crucial about this app, you'll always need some customization, or debugging, and they will help you with that very quick. Writing this review as a thanks for all the good work

I just started using Wholesale Pricing. Beforehand, I had a lot of questions and was very critical, because I had bad experiences with similar apps from other providers. However, WPD's support has been fantastic and all my concerns have been addressed! So far, the app seems to do exactly what I need it to do. A big plus for me is that the app doesn't interfere too much with my existing cart.

Great app, and exceptional support. I recently had an issue I couldn't solve myself - I left it in the hands of the Support team, who resolved the issue quickly with some custom code. Highly recommend.

I was working on a very time-sensitive B2B setup and needed help urgently. Although the app doesn’t normally provide on-demand call support, Shanna went above and beyond to assist me, even hopping on a Google Meet right away to walk me through my questions. The app itself is powerful yet straightforward. It’s designed to handle some of the most complex wholesale pricing scenarios and integrates seamlessly with Shopify POS, which was a must for my project. The interface is user-friendly and the logic behind it is simple to implement, even with hundreds of product variants. Overall, I’m very impressed with both the support and the app. It delivers exactly what a serious B2B merchant needs while keeping things intuitive. Keep up the great work!

Everything was installing just fine. Link to sign up, even got a notification that someone signed up. But when it came time to approving them, it was nothing but a headache. Then I am asked to check with my IT dept. You know a small business owner just trying to afford the website fees alone. Thank you but no thank you.
