"We can't say enough about how fantastic the support is from Wholesale Helper! We use the Wholesale Pricing Discount and Wholesale Order Form & ReOrder plugins to run our Shopify wholesale store. The app works great and if there are ever any issues, the support team is incredibly responsive to help us solve any issues we encounter. Daniel, Joshua, Shanna, & Mehak have all helped us get set up and iron out any glitches we have run into... Including custom theme development to tailor-make our wholesale store an awesome user experience for our wholesale customers. WIsh I knew the names of all the other people that are behind the scenes so I could give them a special thanks as well. Honestly blown away with how good the support is. It's a hard thing to find these days. You guys rock!"

Great Customer Service, excellently priced app offering robust features with very intuitive UI. Fantastic on it's own and even better with Wholesale Lock Manager. Any problems resolved with Customer Support very quickly, highly recommended!

VERY BAD assistance in relation to the exorbitant cost they charge. They usually respond after one day to our requests so it is VERY DIFFICULT to solve problems because of the long lead time. They DO NOT OFFER unlimited stock so our wholesalers could not place orders. This is a ridiculous limit. We removed the application and for a whole day WE HAD HUGE HUGE PROBLEMS with our website, the PRICES in each product tab were HIDDEN for all our customers !!!!! Luckily we downloaded another application which solved the problem for us. We're sorry but we do not recommend this app. They still have to train themselves before selling themselves as an application on such a renamed site as SHOPIFY

2025 update: app has issues weekly. my wholesale customers are randomly not recognized and they are forced to pay at checkout instead of net terms. Neither me or tech support are able to duplicate however it happens randomly a few tiems every week. 2023 UPDATE: They have been a great help providing work arounds and customizations. Most of this should be native app options and great to hear that these features are on their development list. 4 stars now with the customizations however be ready to request help again if you ever update your theme as the custom code will likely be lost. For those new to Shopify, you will eventually need to update your theme. ORIGINAL REVIEW: A bit painful so far compared to other wholesale apps. 1. You can't select what products to offer you customers, it your whole store. There is a workaround using another app from same developer to hide products however this then leaves large gaps in your products and other issues. 2. No option to sort your products manually, they are a mess. Only option for best selling, price, alphabetical. Shopify is smart enough to allow manual product sorting, need that feature in the wholesale portal 3. No option to set product image sizes, they are huge 4. To hide standard checkout for your net term customers requires special code 5. Customer tags push to orders as order tags. This makes no sense, some of our customers have tags for other reasons not relevant to the order. This feature needs a toggle. Some customers have 6-8 tags, if they order all the tags push to order tags. Not good

Just signed up, seems okay but the main thing is trade signupm forms, seems you cannot send a notification of a new Trade/Wholesale signup to the shopify registered email address so the workaround is to send the notification to a personal email and then forward it on, not very practical...? otherwise we have to check manually?

Excellent app, and we also love the Wholesale Order Form as it saves time for our retailers. Customer support is excellent - Mehak and the tech team went above and beyond for our customization requirements. Shopify Plus support had recommended the WPD app when they couldn't help us achieve our needs with Shopify B2B due to a conflict with our subscription app - and honestly, this works even better with far less work on our end.

Solid app, team helped us out with some issues and were quick to do it as well. Customer service top notch and really helpful. Clear and concise video explaining every request we had and didn't even charge us for some quick fixes. 5 stars.

Fantastic app - even includes a way to have your wholesale section section separate to your main website - I do not believe any other app does this. Tech support is also very good - always someone online and always gets back to yuo quickly with helpful replies.

Does exactly what I wanted, and what they promised. We wanted a reasonably priced wholesale solution that can expedite our wholesale orders, but not add an excessive amount of complexity to our store/processes and this hits that requirement. Any features missing or requests are quickly resolved by their customer support with solutions and even custom development.
