I installed the app and as far as I can see I just get one form for the wholesale customer to sign up and tags on the product page to identify who is a wholesale customer - in this respect the app is very expensive per month. Also very basic form to start with so took a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to get it how I wanted it and even now there is no scope to make the form page look that great. The customer service was responsive and helpful

We found this app after having difficulty with performance with some of the other apps we tested. Our catalog is extremely large (over 20,000 unique skus with individual variant pricing). We like that this app allows for complex pricing schedules, per-customer pricing, and importable csv price lists. It handles just about every aspect of a wholesale program. Support has been outstanding, any time we've ran into issues with theme code or import/export they have been all over it for us. The only downfall worth noting is that larger carts can be slow to load checkout – but as I understand it this is a Shopify limitation caused by the draft order API, which must be used to calculate discounts when using the complex setup we have. If you sell b2b, I highly recommend you check this app out!!

Excellent app, does everything I need in terms of group discounts and quantity discounts by products. Support is quick to respond and very professional. Today chatted with Mehak and she even provided a video explanation because I wasn't clear on how to setup something .

I have now used it for just over 1 month. They connected my site pretty fast and the demo call was good. The system does work as they promised. Love it and worth the price.

Love this app! Helped us gain and manage so much B2B business in a streamlined manner. I would only suggest to include multilanguage support in the future. Otherwise, the team has been beyond wonderful in doing integrations and migration to a new theme. The app loads fast and accomplishes what it says it does.

WDP gave us great support through the whole process... We needed some customer forms for the dealer application that we needed to build with another app, but they integrated just fine with Zapier. We are getting a lot of Wholesale orders!

This app on premise offers everything we want however we experienced some issues after starting our trial. We invited a staff member as per instructions but did not hear nothing for some days, when we managed to get the installation completed the installer had reversed changes we had made on our theme. Eventually I got notice the install was completed and those changes were reverted on the theme they were working on but unfortunately the theme did not reflect those changes and the wholesale app still did not work.
We do acknowledge the initial integration request slipped through the cracks and took additional time. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. We will use the feedback to make ourselves better. We would like to clarify that our team always creates a backup copy of the theme for integration. Also, the team keeps the pre-integrated theme published, giving you the opportunity to check the integrated one first before publishing it. This is part of our onboarding process. The file change was because of the third-party app "Fast Bundle" that we found in the pre-integrated theme. It may have been added while our team was working on the integration. Some apps automatically add code when you open the app. We spend a lot of time comparing files and got back with the cause of the problem. Wholesale Pricing Discount app had nothing to do with the changes in the file; it was a third-party app. We always try to ensure merchants get the smoothest product experience. throughout the last 6+ months, wholesale pricing discount has provided us with some of the best app support we could have asked for in a Shopify app. There has never been any request that has seemed like too much for their support team. They are reliable for US-based companies as their hours seem to be PST, but they would also be beneficial anywhere because of how great and supportive their development team is. Anyone looking for the best wholesale app to download on shopify should highly recommend this one here.

I am just finishing up my trials of the full suite from these guys. They have been very good to deal with. Done some theme customizations for me that have made things run smoothly.
