During our work on building our b2b shop, we encountered some difficulties in implementing our rather complex scenarios; there are still limitations in our requirements. However, I would like to mention and sincerely thank the technical support - they are absolutely amazing! The guys were so quick to respond, help, patiently explain and very quickly complete the customisations we needed. I've been working with Mehak most of the time and she is the best! Thanks to them we are now the closest to the maximum result we want! This is the best solution in terms of price, quality and functionality.

An excellent app. I had been looking for a REAL wholesale app for some time - many disappointed. Not this one. I had a small problem with the shipping module of the wholesale portion and the tech team fixed it within a few hours at no additional charge. Very good customer service. : )

SAVED OUR LIFE! We have a 3 tier pricing business: Distribution, Wholesale, and Retail. This has been quite the challenge when working on a Shopify store and myself not being an engineer. We were using some other apps before, and all of a sudden, without any notice, the checkout process with that app stopped working. This was in the middle of our "Prime Day" sales, so it was a HUGE blow and very time sensitive. The other app's support was slow to respond, and never actually found the problem. I jumped ship and did trial and error with a few apps that day to find a fix to get it up and running again. Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B was the winner. Number 1: quick start up time. They didnt require 1-3 business days to install. Number 2: They had live chat support with REAL, knowledgeable, HELPFUL people. And the support response time was always within an hour or so. Number 3: I have been able to have a video call with someone, and now just a phone call with someone about a glitch. The support is unmatched, the UX UI of the app itself is very straightforward (again, not an engineer here), and it has so many robust functions, many of which we don't even use, but I can see their use case for other business models. If you are a B2B/B2C business, and don't want to be on Shopify Plus, THIS is the only app to consider. - Becca Hislop, Marketing Director.

Simple and fast app. Happy with performance. Support were able to help with some small theme changes which is much appreciated. Overall, this is more powerful than Shopify Plus' Wholesale channel.

Easy to use and works the way I need it to. I have had a few issues with a conflicting plug in, but have been helped with a workaround every time this happens (happens mostly when we do a theme update!)

UPDATE: They worked with me to help fix my theme. I am grateful that they changed the code back so my customers could check out. I am pretty sure when I uninstalled this program, it broke the theme for my store. Super fun times, my customers haven't been able to check out normally.

The app works and looks fantastic. The Wholesale Helper team has been nothing but accommodating, especially when it came to re-integrating the wholesale section upon a second theme update. This is the only wholesale app we've used but we chose it because it if full-featured and Wholesale Helper also offer related apps that work together with this one including Wholesale Order Form & ReOrder and AReceivables. Their customer service team is very responsive and helpful.

We have been so impressed with this app and the team that supports it. After looking at a number of Wholesale apps, this one was the clear winner with a robust feature set, slick UI (both customer facing and admin), plenty of customization options to align the look/feel with our brand, and fair pricing. We have also required some very specific customizations for our business and they have done the work for us quickly, accurately, and at a very reasonable hourly rate. Wish all Shopify apps were this good!

Nothing works properly, i've come across so many problems that i had to pay a whole months for nothing since my free try expired before i could finish setting it up. The support are quick to respond, but give no helpful answers. I had to get it to work with my website team or by myself. The app can be in only one language, it's not compatible with shopify market (whatever that is). I have a simple B2C and B2B store... Really bad experience.
